This dunkin has come a long way. Not sure if new staff or manager but things have improved there. Its always so busy in the drive through but they are always careful to get my order right and try to be quick as they can being so overwhelmed with traffic. Friendly too.I will say though that they need to put up a sign to pull up and park next to the guard rail for the line to continue instead of people out in the street blocking traffic and almost causing an accident.

I’m not one to write google reviews, but my Dunkin’ experience this morning was less than satisfactory. I ordered online for pick up at 7:05am. When I arrived my order was not ready & when I left my coffee was made wrong. In addition to the order I placed being made wrong, the women working were rude. This is not the first experience I have had with the older (in age) employees having no customer service skills. I frequent this Dunkin’ and I’m more than please with most of the younger employees.

The workers at this location are rude, they don’t even tell you what your order total is they just say “pull forward.” The building in general and parking lot also need updated. This location is still called Dunkin Donuts even though the company dropped “Donuts” a while ago. The parking lot is very dangerous and the drive through window needs to be moved to a different part of the building. Disappointed.

Usually visit this location after dropping my daughter off at Daycare and heading to work. Great staff, have always gotten my order right and are usually very polite. Only downside was the lobby being closed and having to wait in the drive thru line that has been known to wrap all the way around and out into the side street entrance. Sometimes I just don't have time to wait in a line for 25 minutes.

Why is the lobby STILL closed? The drive through is tiny, there are people sitting on the road waiting. Open the lobby!

As is tradition with chains the place is hit or miss. Sometimes I get exactly what I expected, sometimes products are not heated enough or burnt.

Rude & Disrespectful ladies at the drive threw window EVERYTIME i go through! They need to learn customer service and how to communicate with customers!!!

Still cant go inside. So if you come to this location know theres going to be at least a 20min wait in line at the drive through then when they get your order wrong be ready to wait that again cause they always Manage to get something wrong if its over 2 items or a coffee thats not black.

I ordered a $5 iced coffee. I forgot to ask for almond milk so when I got to the drive thru window, I apologetically let them know that I forgot. I said I would pay for a new one, no problem. The lady who was making it walked back over to it, grabbed it and slammed it into the trash. Looked at me with this awful look and then made a new one while she slammed everything. I said over and over again how sorry I was that I forgot to say that I needed almond milk. I don’t think I’ve ever apologized so much in a 3 minute period to someone. I was trying to be so nice. She acted like I was the biggest inconvenience of her day. YOUR EMPLOYEES GET PAID!! She’s not doing it for free. So I ended up feeling super guilty, my mood was ruined and I was irritated. Went to take a drink and it tasted like vanilla flavored sewer water. So I threw it out. Complete waste of time, money and energy. PSA TO EVERYONE READING: Just spend the extra dollar or two and go to Starbucks.
