Drove 27 miles to try this place as there's no Chinese Buffets near us...Price was ok for quality of food...we went on 7/2, got there around 3:30ish...majority of food seemed undercooked or was just plain cold...loved their chicken wings and the Buttered Potatoes...although I felt very uncomfortable as there was 4 of us and we are all on the heavier side...there was 3 waitresses that would talk and laugh in their language but would look in our direction as they did so...I'm not one to jump to conclusions but my gut was telling me they were making fun of us...that feeling you get when you can feel someone is staring at you...most likely won't go again but good luck to them!
DO NOT EAT HERE. The employees will harass you and will literally ask for a tip over and over and try to write a tip for you, roll there eyes at your, restaurant owner only took $2 off my bill after the food was terrible and wouldn’t bring any food out after I asked.Told me that his workers would sue him for cruelty in his country because they “can’t do they’re job” and he told me I have to come in hours before I close to get good food after the chicken dumplings were raw. NEVER AGAIN
For the price to have gone up ($27 for 2 people) the quality of the food sure has gone down immensely. After one plate of soggy over cooked piece of chicken & veggies, I was so excited the added a new source of protein to choose from! FRUIT FLIES! Yes, literally inside of the sauces of almost all the food. And not to mention, was given a dirty cup of water And when I asked to get a clean water, got the cup snatched out of my hand Andnill slammed it down without a word. Even though I was pretty damn polite considering the circumstances. Finally, after i paid the bill that’s I felt wasn’t worth $1 of my money, the “server” was standing there basically demanding a tip.... Though given the absolute minimum of service(couldn’t even get him to refill my water ) so save your money and go to an actual Chinese food place.
I love there food. I am pretty big on Chinese food so of course I'm picky. There food is always fresh and they stay on top of there buffet. Take out is great especially when your paying by the pound. I go there pretty often and it's a 30 minute drive for me. But being able to fill the Togo platters to take home to my family is not at all a hassle for them. They ask what I need and if I need more on the buffet to choose from. Just try it for yourself.
This buffet has been around awhile, the quality of food has gone way, way down. The place seems dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting. Worse then some gas station bathrooms. Also they cant even buy soap they add water to dilute it. This is what the staff use to wash thete hands with be for they got back to work. Staff is rude, and also cut right in front of you at the buffet to refill, even when not busy. How about am excuse me or even a smile. This place was terrible. If you think this is good food you need your head checked. This place is awful I will NEVER go back.
.The food was not bad but as a teenager I got robbed $5.86 our total was $34.14 so we have him a 20 10 and a 5 and 14 cent so that was $35.14 right. he came back and said that we were missing one dollar all I had was a 10 so he took it out of my hand and and gave me my 5 back and like ran. We sat thier for 5 minutes and in that five minutes he looked at us and was cleaning up the tables around us and never gave us our change back over all sweet people and fresh food I know that is is just $5.86 but what if it was not $5.86 what if it was 15.86 that is a lot of money even for people who don’t get paid that much to be ripped off like that that is just rude
The best food ever. Such great food with a Terrific Owner. The Crab Ragoon is absolutely delicious. The Workers work very hard to provide a great Atmosphere for a Wonderful Dining Experience.I dropped my Review Rating from 5 STAR to 2 STAR for now, we went into this Restaurant again recently & this Dragon Buffet was SCARCE of food options & the Workers MOP the Buffet area & PACK UP the food making us feel like we gotta EAT FAST & Leave. We had one HOUR until Closing. People kept coming in. Why run a Restaurant if you want to go Home yet let People in to hurry & eat. With the money we spend there you think their food pans wouldn't be EMPTY. They got rid of the COUPONS. Geeesh
The staff is always so nice and friendly but the food is exceptional! You can go in and get what you want to carry out. We got a huge container of free soup and free sauces. Seriously, you must go!
Proud to see a buffet still standing with great food and staff! I’ve seen a lot of buffet closing in Ohio and seeing this still makes me think how dedicated the people running the place be! Covid-19 is the toughest on buffet that’s y there not around anymore elsewhere. I gonna have to come here more often cuz this place have some of best dishes like peanut chicken, pepper chicken omg, and etc.
It wasn't to bad I guess!! Iv definitely had better an IV definitely had worse! The place was nice an clean that was a plus I'll probably stop back for lunch if I'm ever in the area again!!
