Food is pretty good but service is horrendous. I ordered a chicken premium dinner, but got 2 kids meals with 2 tenders each(5 in the dinner), and half the size of the tenders in the premium. I got the sides with the kids meal, but they forgot the bread which also comes with the dinner. Wouldn't recommend this location (food is good however).
The food was good. We arrived at 8:00 am on a Saturday and it was very cold in the restaurant. We all had our jackets zipped up for the whole meal. Service was good, food was good, hot beverages were good (and needed)
Excellent meal all around. The food portions were very good, tasted great, and the service was courteous and quick. Drinks refills were prompt and the dining area was clean. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area.
The food here is really good. What is very bad? No central heating system; it's broke. They have two space heaters and it does not help. I sat there with my hat and coat on the entire time. Even the knife and fork feel like they came out of the refrigerator. I am not going back.
This was not the day to visit Denny's at this location. The staff was cordial. The food was good, a bit messy, but I enjoyed every bite. I had the equivalent of a double cheeseburger with french fries. The sandwich was so moist that it fell apart. Take a few wet wipes with you. The fries were average to good. The dessert was small but with copious amounts of whipped cream, we hich I appreciate since I have a sweet tooth. The dessert was cheesecake with strawberries. We each had hot chocolate and again covered with whipped cream...yum! The problem was there was no heat that day. Their furnace had gone out. We all made the best of it, though. We stayed two hours and staff did their best to serve us even though they must have been freezing themselves.To be fair, I would recommend Denny's as a fair priced, average but reliable place for food, comfort, and service under normal circumstances.
Manager Dawn was incredibly rude as soon as she picked up the phone. Refused to correct my order and the food I did get wasn't good. Cold, under cooked eggs, over cooked bacon that was probably old, probably old pancakes too, didn't get fries or bread with my chicken and was told oh well speak to the manager in the morning. I'll be contacting corporate strictly because of how I was treated and my issue absolutely refusing to be corrected. Completely unprofessional.
We stopped in Monday after a huge snow storm we had on a Sunday. We were greeted by the manager. A great guy he seated us very quick and he was very friendly, food was awesome came out fresh and hot. Chris (I believe) cooked all of our meals on point and the manager and her rocked that place. They were short staffed only two staff but made our experience a good one. Will be back for sure
The chairs were up on one side making the restaurant look closed. The lot was empty. Like us, another patron was deciding if the place was open or closed. He tried the door. It was open, we all went inside. Within minutes the place was packed. They need an "Open" sign.I left hungry. Three of us ordered the same thing. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, pancakes. The pancakes were good. The eggs were scrambled with cheese clumped on top. I ordered scrambled but wanted the cheese blended. Eggs were hard. I didn't eat them. The sausage was linked and tasted like cheap bologna. I left what was left after the first bite. The hash browns were hard and uncooked. I didn't eat them. The bacon was good.I liked Denny's as a kid. A special treat to go there. As an adult with a discriminating palate, it's not a good place for me to eat.In all fairness, the others in our party ate what they ordered. They talked of going another day for lunch. I won't be joining them.This is a personal decision. If you don't mind the food being average, then you'll be fine.
Nice restaurant. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean and organized. The staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend this restaurant to others. Enjoy!
Pleasantly surprised. Haven't been to a Dennys in years but this one is great. Friendly staff and great food. Would go again.
