What a horrific experience. To start the two women in the line making my bowls on 4/19 around 8:30 were down right rude and nasty. I paid for double meat on a bowl and asked the woman making the bowl if she could make it double and she replied “ it already is” there was little meat on there. I had to ask her to put extra rice in the bowl because the portions they give are ridiculous for the prices they charge! When I asked for extra rice she then dug the utensils into the rice and slapped it into the bowl rushing me down the line THERE WAS 1 PERSON BEHIND ME! I could not believe how rude this woman was. The 2nd woman working the line asked the boy behind me a question and he must not have heard the lady she then raised her voice and her tone was extremely harsh and abrasive. He then answered her question and she replied “ are you here by yourself” …. Which is none of her business!When i got home the rice was hard as a rock and the chicken was so burnt my husband and I could taste the charcoal fluid.Between the two rude women making the bowlsTo the ridiculous small portions (which don’t ask for more it’s a real inconvience to them)To the terrible quality of food!If i could give this chipotle a 0/5 star reviews I would. I can tolerate the bad food because it happens but what I could not tolerate is the disgusting attitude from the two women working the line. Unacceptable
Very dysfunctional and messy all over the line. The outside of our bowls were smothered and wiped with cheese and everything else scattered all over the counter.
As always the human element is what ruins it. Zero effort in making my order. My impression was It was a real bother for them to make my order. Jack the price up and give me as little as possible.
So my order was a chicken bowl with a little sour cream and a little cheese and lots of lettuce. Clearly opposite from what I got. Also, thank you for the couple of pieces of chicken.
I have only had great experiences at any of the Chipotle restaurants. I've been to. Professional experienced staff and always are very pleasant. Kudos!! Wish I could give a 10 star for this restaurant in Medina.
It's Chipotle. Food is great. This particular location has a pretty bad set up. They are placed oddly in the middle of the parking lot of a dying plaza. Not easy at all to get in and out of. Would do much better in the north part of town.
in additions tp the prices going up, it seems like the meat portions are smaller than last time we went for both my wife and I. Still great taste, please don't skimp.
Ordered a steak bowl....when I opened the bowl...NO STEAK.
This is the picture of my burrito bowl and my husbands burrito and then when I call up there I get told “it’s not in our system” while I’m looking at the receipt. This place is a joke.
Yes I did an online order this evening. I’d asked for double meat(steak). Got 3 hard taco shells and after picking it up and getting home I was absolutely disappointed. I didn’t at all get double meat and the tacos looked like cheese and sour cream mostly. This is the first time I’ve had horrible service at Chipotle. When you get food from this restaurant your expected to have what you ordered. Well it will be a while before I go to another Chipotle.
