This was the first time I went for the saucy chipotle. I've been trying keto recently and chipotle has been a nice destination to get food with the ingredients that I want for a reasonable price. The composition I went with at this specific shop during my latest visit included queso, guac, dressing, and chipotle tobasco. I'll say it was tasty. Thank you for being there for me.
I frequently do takeout here. Food is consistently good. The mobile app is excellent. This location always gets my order right and always done at the scheduled time. Since I am close a quick tasty healthy food option is much appreciated. Minus one star for the dine in menu system.
Usually my experience here is really good but they must have got new people because the food wasn't up to par at all it was actually quite disappointing just about every bite of my chicken tacos had fat in the chicken and it just wasnt the normal experience
Screw this place. Went in, was the only one there and they tried to rush through my order. Barely put any cheese on it and when I asked they seemed annoyed that their tiny sprinkle of cheese wasn’t enough. Rushed the whole way through just so they can get back on their cell phones. Done with this chipotle.
this chipotle was the worst one i’ve been too. food was cold, and the rice was so so hard. they scooped out the very last of the queso (not even a full scoop,) didn’t get anymore for us, and still charged us for the not even half scoop of queso. staff was more worried about cleaning so they could close rather than making sure their food was good. we were there 45 minutes before closing, and there were more people pulling in as we were ordering. the girl cashing us out didn’t seem to know how to give back change either. do not recommend this chipotle. it was NOT worth it.
Ordered on the app. Wait time was 45min, but okay. I got there, orders not up and waited 30 minutes while every person in the line were served (at least 30) and then they made mine (half full and not real good). I lost my lunch time waiting on lunch. 1hour and 15 minutes for one bowl. Quality is waning fast...
I placed an online order and received it in less than 10 minutes! The young man who handed it to me was very polite. Everything was correct.
Inappropriate staff making their own food first while I stand and wait. There are 4 “grown” men behind the counter and 1 customer in front of me. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to serve 2 customers because of your chit chat about how stressful a 5 hr shift at chipotle is. I love when I see friends serving friends double portions and not charging the friend/customer. Makes my day! Thanks Medina store for always being great!!!

The WORST service ever. Most recently on Wednesday the young girl laughed at me while I was ordering my food. Disrespectful and terrible customer service. If a child is going to have a job maybe teach them basic manners. Will not be giving them more business.
