I mean it’s Chick-fil-a. One of the best fast food chains out there. The new Medina locations is great. Super polite staff, the girl who handed me my stuff helped me with my issue and resolved it quickly with a smile and kindness. Obviously lines are always long at any location and not the cheapest option. But definitely always satisfies the taste buds.
Hot fresh food, and a very cheerful staff is what you will find here at Medina Ohio, even though it’s only been open since December 2, 2022 the staff is learning quickly even though there is a high percentage of them that have never worked at Chick-fil-A before. I’m very impressed.
Always good chicken sandwiches...without pickles though.The chicken filets are so thick and always cooked to perfection, never dry.I would eat here once a week or more if it were closer.Maybe one will open in Ashland.
The staff was great! Super friendly which I always appreciate. I’m not in love with the food tho. Maybe I’m an alien, I don’t know, but the sandwiches just aren’t my fav in general. Here, the waffle fries were not soggy but also not crisp. The best, most delicious part of my order was the cheese dip! Made everything better, def a must have. Ill try the place again and see how it goes. Maybe the chicken strips will be my thing. We’ll see.
Sandwich was absolutely soaked in grease and so soggy I couldn’t stomach finishing it. The bread was dripping when pressed on and the lettuce limp and coated in grease, breading was soggy as well. French fries were great tho :)
Since grand opening I have had lunch and breakfast several times at this locations! Food has not disappointed one time. Service has been as friendly as it gets. In the mornings it is so nice to get such a friendly greeting from their crew. I simply love their enthusiasm. Keep being awesome. I got my usual #2 breakfast mini meal this morning!!
You must be good at maneuverability to enter the parking lot.. There are 2 drive thru lanes and they had people taking orders on tablets ahead of the menu board which was a little odd since I don't know what I want until I look at the menu..they just stand there looking at me which was a little awkward..the wait was okay, no complaints. The food was good and hot. I would return.
I have been there 2 times through drive thru, get home with order messed up. 1st time waffle fry, second time 10 piece nuggets. They have no phone number to talk to someone to rectify..calling corporate did no good, they were to send coupon but have received nothing. How terrible. Nice new restaurant, but no one wants to own up to mistakes. Shame on Chick-fil-a. I'll never go back and I will pass this info on to anyone who will listen. Thanks for nothing but headaches and heartaches, because I love Chick-fil-a, but you need to give true customer service. What food I did get was good so that's why 2:stars.
One of the better Chick-fil-A restaurants I have been to in terms of service. They should definitely sell the peppermint chip milkshake year around. I will be back.
Great place! I really enjoyed the chicken nuggets! The chicken was fresh! The fries were good, too! We enjoyed the sit down area! Very clean! Service was fantastic! Jan came around to see if we needed anything! Nice gesture! Quick service at the counter! Looking forward to another visit!
