Great dinner to go tonight and Ginny in always so friendly ?
I’m so disappointed in my service today. I placed an order online, checking the website to make sure the restaurant had curbside pick up. When not given the option with my order, I called the restaurant to make the change. I was told that this service was no longer available due to staff shortage. I explained that I broke both of my feet (by the way I’m in cast, non driving one) and would they please make an exception. I was placed on hold to refer to the manager. The server, returning to my call stated, “sorry we no longer provide this service”. So, I picked up my order, walking inside…the restaurant is empty. Now I’m really mad. I asked for manager which took 5 minutes to greet me, again not happy. The first comment he made was..I been working here for only two days, (ok?) I explained the situation and I was told that the server was only following policy. I further iterated that the server placed me on hold to talk to the manager. However he continued to blame the server. Which was followed by “have a nice evening ma’am”. Sarcastically I might add. Additionally, my order was incorrect and the staff included two Heineken beers in my bags. I’m glad I was of age to receive alcohol. Shame on you BW3 Medina!
Good service, the place is prety
Really good. Better than some BW3's I've been to in recent years. Very nice and spacious on the inside. Plenty of T.V's of course. My wings were pretty good. I had the Jamaican jerk sauce on mine. Really good. Sweet with a bit of a twang. Service was decent also.
I came to this location with a group of 30. We had attempted to call ahead to notify the restaurant of a large party, but they do not take reservations. Upon going to the restaurant, I was met with annoyance from the host and multiple wait staff. They were disorganized and unprofessional. I also heard wait staff having negative conversations off to the side.After my waiter was less than professional, I finally requested the manager. I wanted to inform him of the multiple issues that I had throughout our dining experience. The manager stopped me while I was telling him specific things that had happened and stated, "I am offended that you would make such accusations about my staff. I don't think u are telling the truth. I think my staff is great. "Not only was a large number of staff rude and had attitudes. So did the manager on shift. It is sad because my group of 30 brought hundreds of dollars to the establishment just to be greater with annoyance and poor service.
Had a fun evening out with the Fam. Speaking of family, if you have small kids control their legs. This kid behind us was kicking the booth the entire time.I had kids those ages and we would not let them do that. It is rude and extremely annoying.Besides that, our waitress was great and their food was on point. Great job B Dubbs
General Manager Chaz is a complete tool. I order my food that arrived ice cold and the fried pickles appetizer had hardly anything in it. Called to get my food remade and he refused. Worst location and needs to be shut down. Arrogant and rude leadership.
Several times over the last year they have been out of traditional wings, at least for online ordering. Several days ago, I placed an online order and paid online. The order was confirmed for 2:20pm. I arrived at the restaurant to find a sign on the door saying "not opening until 3:00pm today". I called right then from their parking lot and they said they would refund my card. 3 days later, no refund, so I called again. 2 days later and I have filed a complaint with my credit card company. The next closest BW3 is about 15 minutes further away, but probably 98% less aggravating.
The best Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. Beautiful four sided fireplace in the middle. You could hear the people around you. Service was above average. Food was outstanding!! Would highly recommend.
Prices getting high, staff shortages. Chicken wings were good. Cauliflower wings were some cheap frozen things.
