Short staffed so service was slow. Our waiter was very sweet and did the best he could given the circumstances. The salad and green beans were very good. However the dark brown gravy on the mashed potatoes and chopped steak was extremely salty. The chopped steak wasn’t of the best quality. It was a bit chewy. I ordered the add-on for the pie and that was a disappointment. The size was extremely small. When I brought it to the attention of the girl behind the counter she said that they use a cutter that equalizes all of the slices and that that is just the size that it is. You can decide for yourself if this looks like their normal size for their pie. I suppose inflation is really affecting everything, including desert! The picture is exactly how they gave it to me. I had not taken any bites out of this pie. If this is the new size for a slice of pie, I will skip it.

Ordered the Avocado Veggie Protein Bowls. Food was okay (banana bread was fantastic, hence the 2 stars), but the 2 main parts of our dishes were forgotten, and we were forgotten after getting the check. The avocado was brought out a few min after our bowls, and the cilantro lime cream sauce came when we were almost done eating. Our server (young guy with a man-bun) said he would bring us boxes but after 10 min we just left (could hear and see him chatting and laughing with other workers, very loudly). Not good service.

This was the dirtiest Bob Evans I have ever seen. My feet were sticking to the Restroom floor. Outside of toilet was filthy. So was the sink. Dinning Room was dirty. You could see the dirt on the woodwork under the booths. I understand when you have a rush floor get messy but I watch my waiter drop paper twice on floor and never pick it up. A good scrubbing of the whole place is in order. The gal who cleaned the table beside uu use a damp paper towel and wipe the table but never wiped the salt n pepper shakers. Or any thing else. Food was ok...had to send my cold soup back. We travel all over this country and this is the worst Bob Evans we have ever encountered.

WOW!! Hats off to the chef there tonight. EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING was cooked perfectly. Bacon, fries, Big breakfast sandwich. Great job

This started off a tad rough, the hostess was also supposed to be our waitress initially. The other waitress then came over and asked what we'd like for drinks. My wife, taking our kid to the bathroom, I ordered their two drinks and said I'm not sure what you have (as I only ordered water and milk for them) she said well I'll be back then, rather than just saying coke/Pepsi. We then finally got a young man to be our waiter who changed my entire visit around. He was friendly, happy and seemed like waiting on people was a great job very there and willing to get anything we needed with various check ins to our table. The world needs more people like him, spreading joy and happiness amongst those they're around. Keep it up!

Our waitress was wonderful, the restrooms were very clean which is high on my list and everyone had a smile, my wife and i felt right at home!

If I could, I would give 0. I am not usually "that lady" but there is almost nothing positive I can say. We arrived 45 minutes before closing. I admit that, but if they couldn't accommodate guests, they could have said so and we would have gone elsewhere... and multiple people came in after us. We were told a 30 minute wait though the place was empty. I guess no staff? No problem. They sat us about 30 minutes later and the waiting started. Someone took our order another 30 minutes later. Wait, wait, wait... by now it is over 30 minutes after closing and we are starving. Two meals came out. A soggy burger and handful of fries, and two fried eggs which were literally full of shells, or something else that looked suspiciously like shells and crunched when my daughter didn't see them to remove them. Finally two dinners and an omelet... the wrong omelet. It was covered in mushrooms (which no one in my family can tolerate) and had the wrong sidedish. They "remade" the omelet, mind you we waited nearly an hour for it the first time, and after 15 minutes or so it came back to the table. Yep, came back... they scraped the mushrooms off the eggs and the hashbrowns off the plate and put the right toppings on... leaving quite a few mushrooms and a few hashbrowns and served the same eggs again, now with burned (to black) homefries. Again, we were starving. We ate it. We then had to remind them that they had never brought one daughter's meal, which was soup. Simple soup. It is pictured in my photo... does that look like soup? By comparison, the mac and cheese was completely liquid! They also forgot the salad and bread, and had to be repeated asked, and during the two hours we were there we were only offered one refill which was the wrong drink. To top it all off, we went out and found our windshield had been broken. Not their fault, but something for patrons to keep in mind. After getting home, two of us began having upset stomachs. Seriously, nothing was good about this visit except that the two waitresses seemed quite pleasant. I know people are short staffed but just close and put up a sign for online orders only!

Not very good OUTSIDE! I slipped and fell pretty hard on black ice! I hurt my wrist! When I told the manager,he said that they are not responsible for the parking lot! However, the server brought me a bag of ice for my hand, which helped a little.

Great service great prices and relaxed atmosphere. A great place to meet my friends and enjoy your breakfast together in the middle of a dark Cold Winter thank you Bob Evans

I am so happy with bob evens right now. I want to call and thank them for the best take out meal I ever received from any restaurant in Medina. They have carry out dinners for $9.98. Huge breaded Chicken breast, mash, corn, dinner roll’s and Soup or salad All the sides we’re packaged separately with care Instead of being thrown on one plate sloppily. I ordered A slice of apple pie and the piece they gave me is enough for two people. I don’t know who is preparing the food at Bob Evans on Medina Road but I swear to God if every restaurant employee would take the time to prepare food like this the world would be a better place.
