We had antonios in medina cater a memorial party/family get together on June 11 2022. I ordered the Capri for 50 people to be delivered at 2:30. The food arrived on time and was hot and ready to be served. The breaded chicken cutlets were tender, the rigatoni totally tasty, green beans crisp and tasty. The breadsticks were baked to perfection. I also ordered 2 sheet pizzas. One plain and one pepperoni. All the food was excellent. Everyone loved the food. The delivery driver was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Antonios of Medina and will certainly order from them again. I am so happy i had Antonios of medina cater our event.
I just ordered pizza for delivery and as I was making sure the delivery driver had the correct amount of cash he rudely says "dude just come on" like I was taking to long I didn't want him to get shorted for the amount. Will not order from there again recommend not ordering if you expect good servicePs. The driver was chilling in the lobby WITH OUR FOOD talking to the desk manager and has the nerve to get impatient with me for counting out the change for him? Unexcusable.
I went online and bought food for my dads 85th birthday. I put the wrong date in I ordered for March 4 instead of March 5th. I called immediately and talked to Rob the assistant manager. He said they would cancel the order for 64.71 and re order for the 5th. I redid the order on March 5 th for that day. Well the charge for both came out of my Navy Federal Credit Union account. Rob called his boss and Tue boss said there was nothing they could do. I called corporate today and they are looking into it so they say. I will update my review once I get my money back. Right now until this is fixed I will not order from there again.

I had a really hard time finding a pizza place in medina that was deep down really what I wanted. A friend had suggested to me multiple times to try this place and I finally got to it. This to me is currently the best pizza in medina! The rustic pizza was definitely what I have wanted since I moved back from Florida. I tried this place a few times and every order they messed up.. I ordered tonight and had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get our food. It was cold! And burnt chicken crunchy could hardly chew it. Ate what I could now I feel sick?? I talked to manager and he was rude and not once did he offer A refund for all the mistakes! Very over priced for the food! Then they add a charge for delivery? 6 chicken tenders and hand full.of fries for 27.75? Never again. Horrible and very Poor Service.

Yesterday, Saturday October 16th I had a $50 order consisting of two pizzas and two calzones. The punk kid at the cashier was rude and pretended I didn't exist when I showed up to get my food. I get home and the pizzas and calzones were overcooked and dry. Id have been better flushing $50 down my toilet because it would have saved me the gas of not driving to get the food.
Yesterday we bought chicken and salad at Medina Antonio’s. We all got very sick. Actually food poisoning, vomiting and diarrhea. They are officially off our list.
I am a regular at Antonio’s in Medina. Last night I ordered a pasta salad which I have had many times before. I must say, this time I was very disappointed. The pasta was not cooked all the way and was hard. Needless to say it was not enjoyable to eat. I thought of taking it back but I didn’t want to go back out. Hope this is only a one time mistake. Their food is usually very good. Love their chicken dinner with Jojo’s and their pizza is pretty great also.
