Theres only one piece that has chicken, seriously??? And the chalupa shell was stale. Am i in the wrong for wanting them to do a decent job on my order that i paid for? I called in to get a refund and the manager was very rude and mind you this was an after midnight order and he says i had to come to the store before 3 am or im out of luck. Probably will still be working there in 10 years. Learn how to make a taco. I will never go to this location again. Kevin D. was the managers name.Edit : I was only refunded half of the order. Wow.

Taco Bell has really taken a fall. The food is worse than ever. All the good items are no longer available. Prices have become outrageous. More money for worse food.

This Taco Bell is a joke. No online ordering, hours don't match up with the actual Taco Bell website, and they charge more for their food than other Taco Bell's do. Items that are $1 most places cost $1.39 here, and everything else has at least a 20¢ upcharge. Don't go to this one, or the one on Portage either, because they overcharge as well. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to the Taco Bell on Whipple in Belden.

They are always quick to make orders, even when they are understaffed. They’ve always gotten my order right from the many times I’ve ordered here. They are very polite and always have a good attitude. This is easily the best TB location in Massillon.
Craig (greg) didnt catch it correctly but i came in through the drive thru 10/16 and he was on it took my order waited for me to figure what i wanted with no attitude at all he was quick even checked my bag and seen one of my items were missing and he went and made it and brought it to me super cool super friendly thank you for working and caring someone give my man a raise thank you again
