I am a frequent customer at Swensons, but this server, Aiden, stood out to me the most. He made my experience very memorable. He was very helpful and quick to answer my questions. He was also very polite and gave 10/10 service. I will definitely keep coming back to this location in hopes of getting him as my server again because of how kind and hard he was working!
I cannot speak enough on how well the service was from the young men and women who work here. On a particular night, a young man named Aiden served my family and he put a smile on all of our faces after we had a rough night. In today's world, kindness tends to be lacking and it was refreshing to see someone with such great work ethic. I happened to catch that his badge said he was a trainee but he far exceeded my expectations.
The food was good however the wait time was outrageous! We pulled up around 8pm and ordered (4 ppl in our car).. didn’t get our food til 8:40. Other cars around us that showed up same time and ordered were getting theirs much faster than us! Milkshakes and floats I could tell had been sitting out for a little bit too. ? I was really looking forward to swensons but not sure if I’ll try again anytime soon!
The food was made well... Unfortunately we had not one, but two hairs in our food! One was sitting inside my wife's drink after she took the lid off... Disgusting, but things happen. Then while eating my gallery boy I had another long hair in my mouth.... Spit it out and threw everything away. One hair is excusable. Two hairs is disgusting, and in two different items. Completely inexcusable. Never eating at this location again.
The only reason this review isn't one star is because most of their food is actually pretty good. However, the wait is not worth it. As a delivery driver, I can't say I will accept any orders from here again. I waited over 45 minutes for a pretty average sized order. Cars that had gotten there after me and placed their orders got their food before I got the order for delivery. Absolutely ridiculous wait times.
I've been here two times in the last couple months and both times it tastes like you never change your oil so I probably won't be back
I absolutely love this Swensons! They all treat us so well! It’s our favorite date place. No where else will give you the amazing food and milk shakes they do! Will definitely be back!
Always loved their food. However, the person on the phone was rude to me when all I wanted to do was just add an extra ingredient to my milkshakes as it did not give me the option through door dash. Maybe that person needs to be reevaluated when it comes to customer service.
I had a fantastic time and a delicious lunch. I was helped by Luke and Caleb and the were quick and polite. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great.
