Great service good food and quick delivery
Yesterday morning I was second in line waiting for Sonic to open. Once I got my food I of course checked it, and gave my family their food. When I opened my sandwich I found a hair just hanging out of my sandwich. I turned around to take it back and get a refund because I lost my appetite completely. As I pulled back through I asked for a manager. At the window I didn’t get a single sorry or how can I fix this. The hair head boy in the window handed me a new sandwich and told me to have a nice day, and he shut the window. I ordered 20-30 bucks in food that I ended up throwing away because I was so upset with the service I was given. I was a loyal customer but not anymore, I won’t be back.
Went there about 2 weeks ago and they closed for new ownership. Next time I went at 5:30 pm they were closed with new hours. Closed at 5pm! Tried one more time and they at least close at 8 pm now but only there drive thru was open and waited over 20 mins for food. Hopefully they will get all the kinks out soon. Until then I won't be going back. They wasted enough of my time.
Did a online order, paid, drove all the way here and they are closed at 2:45 on a Monday. I tried to call because I had already paid for my food and nobody answered and I’ve been on hold with corporate for 10 minutes. They have been closed every time I come here the past week or two. But this is the first time online ordering has worked, and they are closed. Hopefully I get my money back since I can’t get ahold of anyone.
The staff here are wonderful, but so overworked! Short staffing results in frequent drive-through only situations. The hiring sign says $13/hour including tips.I suggest management raise that to a minimum of $15/hour PLUS tips. Including current employees!It’s a solid restaurant, but low pay is likely costing money in the long run. Going to Sonic is to have the experience. A drive through is fine, but the process is time consuming. Even ordering ahead online, including a tip, results in a drive through line wait.To the crew at this Sonic: you’re wonderful. To the management/franchisee: pay better. It’s 2022.
terrible service. out of stuff all the time. systems down all the time. can't park in order you can only use the drive-thru.
Just stopped for a couple hot fudge sundaes, hits the spot when it's 72°!
Was told I had to come through the drive-thru twice for four orders on the same bill highly frustrated do not recommend direct from the manager told me that I could only place two orders at a time in the Drive-Thru
Love Sonic. Tots & Cherry Limeade are the best but their burger is super tasty as well. Tried the cheesesteak for first time. Full flavored, but I did add mayo.
Great chilli cheeseburgers, though it's not on the menu (you have to add chili to a cheeseburger, or the employees don't understand). The rest of the food is hit or miss. The drive thru employees are usually rude. I used to come here for the friendly service and nostalgic atmosphere, but not anymore.
