Zero stars...One of the employees told the woman in front of me "I don't know how long it will be...I just got here and I'm not even supposed to be here"... Very unprofessional people. After it became evident that no one was ever going to acknowledge me after standing there a while, I walked out. Never going back to this location. Their free pizza vouchers for when they screw up paid orders (which is very often) aren't even worth it.
Under new management give a second try won't be disappointed. She is doing a great job pizza taste better so give a second chance.
00000 all the way across the board!!! For starters you call and a person more than likely from a different country answers they can hardly speak English. Your order is then sent to the Paph John's this isn't even the store your calling they tell you 20 min pickup. You go pick it up it hasn't even been started and they tell you 40 minutes. Then you call and try and cancel it and the same Answeing line picks up and says you have to cancel through the store. They send you to the store directly and guess what after 3 attempts calling ringing well over 20 times each time no one picks up at the store. A third party answering service that sends your order to the store!!! We waited an hour to pick up a pizza. I will never order from Pap John's ever again
Ordered online because no one would answer the phone. Online said 46 minutes for delivery, it took 1.5 hours and was delivered through door dash. We ordered 4 pizzas and a 2 liter, food was cold and no soda ? took 30 minutes of calling again and pushing every option to finally get an answer. Employee said she could send it out or credit my account. We asked for it to be sent, don't plan on ordering again. took another 1.5 hours and another door dash driver brought it.
Place has gone down hill. Got a stuff crust and it was not melted at all and soft. Pizza has no flavor anymore and quality is just gone. Sad to see happen.
If I could give zero stars I would!! My daughter placed an order for their 3 pizza special with a foreign lady. We were told that it would take 50 minutes, almost an hour later she called and was told by the manager that there was no order for us in the system. The manager said that she would send the pizza out and that she was going to give it to us for free and it would take 30 minutes. We waited another hour and called again. The manager again said that there was no order for us in the system and that we would have to order it through DoorDash! They were told that we were paying with cash and everyone knows that you can't pay cash through DoorDash!! This is only the 3rd time that we ordered from there and we will never order from their again! We waited 2 hours for pizza and never received it!! The worst part of the situation is that we had small kids to feed!!
70mins ( it is Friday night) so I understand. Cold pizza and knots. Wanted extra pizza sauce on the pizza, it was nothing but cheese. Ordered extra sauces paid for it and didn’t receive them.
Back on January 28, I placed a big order due to having family over. The orginial delivery time I was given was 36-46 minutes. After about an hour and a half, I went down to the store to see where my order was. That's whe. I met Heather the general manager. She apologized and informed me she only had 1 driver and they were behind on deliveries. She apologized several more times and gave me a discount due to the delay. I didn't ask for one or expect a discount. She went out of her way to make sure i was happy with the store. She is an example of what an amazing emoyee is and I will continue to deal with this store
3 hour wait on 1 pizza is ridiculous! An to top it off it was cold. Called to complained about it an no answer. Called back an spoke to a person not from here, they connected the call to the shop an again no answer. Horrible service!!
I See from reading the other reviews on here I'm not the only one. 2 weeks ago I ordered by calling and wanted to do carry out and was told it would be up to 80 minutes witch is already in my opinion an awfully long wait for carry out . So I decided to go ahead and order but after waiting 80 mins I arrived to be told I was still almost another hour from being ready! Now tonight I try again and was told 35 to 40 minutes and once again I arrived only to be told its another 45 mins until its ready. This is my last time for sure.
