Worst experience EVER!!! First the floor was sooooo sticky, then ordered from the kiosk they took it to the wrong table and the table that they took it to ripped through all of it! So we had to have them remake it! We had to tell 3 different times what exactly we ordered! Got told their pop machine both inside and drive through was down! Food tasted HORRIBLE! Should of gave us a refund for taking it to the wrong table where these guys put their hands all inside of it! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! DISGUSTING!
Not once do I think they have ever gotten our order right. My order was ONE milkshake that was it. All I asked was no whipped cream because the person I was getting it for doesn’t like it. Guess what? Lord is whipped cream on it. I really don’t understand. I work in food and can follow simple directions. I don’t wanna sound like a Karen and I understand people make mistakes … but every. Single. Time. Workers are always nice just don’t know what their doing.
Worst expeirnce at a McDonalds ever. Waited in line way too long, watched people pull out and leave. When I got to 1st window she was confused on my app order, then 2nd window said to pull forward for3 double cheeseburgers! Then still got things wrong, had to go inside. Neverbwill go there again.
I keep going back to this location because when they do it right it is great. But more often than not the meat is dry and the lack of condiments is extremely evident.
Hadn't been into this particular McDonalds for a few months. I couldn't believe I couldn't get French fries at 9:00 in the morning. Hire a cleaning crew , it's filthy.and most of the windows are filthy from human touch.
Ordered the Brown’s meal box and Big Mac meal. Drive thru SCREWED UP AGAIN. Opened the box at home and No cheeseburgers No lunch for me. At least the kids got to eat. I guess not having competition in the immediate area makes you lazy. Why do you need more money?
Fries were stale, nuggets were stale, drink wasn't full, didn't get sauce, not a full flurry. 13 dollars down the drain. Tempted to make them taste my food next time before I leave. See if they like it.
Always good service, there managers are all very pleasant and positive, alot of places people are miserable and instead of leaving it at the door they carry it over and it clearly effects them. I can say I haven't seen 1 employee here never say hello,good morning just something nice, and I appreciate it that's why I go here daily.
So so soooo happy with my caramel Frap with extra caramel today... posting a pic so you can see why.. kinda feels like I was at Starbucks for this yummy-ness!!
