Never in a million years did I think I’d come home and open my food to find 3 chicken nuggets as my “ Mc Chicken “ . McDonalds you’re playing to much & management needs to get it together ?
I always ask for extra pickles on the chicken sandwich. You get 2 on a regular order, 3 if you ask for extra. I think they could put a couple more on there.
The only McDonald's that hasn't screwed up my coffee order.For that I give them 5 stars.Otherwise it's just an average McDonald's.....
They manage to screw up literally everything I’ve ever ordered from this one. I will never patron this specific mcdonald’s again

Was recently sitting in the drive through, waiting to place an order, and mind you I was talking out loud about what I was going to order. When the manager got on the mic, and told me if I was going to continue trash talking McDonald's that I could leave. I did not make one comment about the staff or anything even remotely negative about McDonald's or the staff. Worst experience I have ever had in public service, and I will never return to that location.
This is the worst mcdonalds in massillon, they go from setving and halfway through the order they'll say they can't serve food anymore. I've had multiple doordash orders get canceled on me because they accept them and then say they aren't going to make them. The night staff is very rude to customers and lie all so they can go out and smoke something in their car. Again worst mcdonalds in massillon
Employees cannot put lids on properly. I got my caramel Frappuccino and i took it out of the cup holder right in front of the employee and the lid came completely off. It spilt everywhere, I only had whipped cream left. employee just shut the window, didn’t offer to make a new one or give me more napkins, not even a refund. Plus they forgot my sweet tea as well.
Placed mobile order and they didn't have any mcribs.. being it was already paid for they let me switch it out for two cheeseburgers and then came back and asked if I'd like it made without the same items I didn't want on the mcrib. :)
Terrible service children working putting things in your drink to make it taste like cleaner and laugh in your face about it!
