Would leave 0 stars if I could. The fries were soggy and not cooked all the way. The fry box was broken but it was put in the bag anyway. The sandwiches I got were missing ingredients and thrown together sloppily. When I went in to get a new fry and sandwich everyone was standing around talking even though the place was dirty and I was waiting. Avoid this location.
Gave us pies that should’ve been thrown away. Should of known better than to go to this trash can of a McDonald’s. 0/5 stars on a Meltzar scale.
I can't really honestly rate a McDonald's. Every location, you either get hot food or cold, or good or bad service. It is hit or miss. I will say the McDonald's in North Canton on the corner of Main and Applegrove is probably the best McDonald's I have been too. They have never messed up an order, food is always hot no matter the time of day, or if they are busy or not.
Bought food last night and they took entirely too long. I sat in the same spot for 20 minutes, crew-members did not pull cars forward, they had employees literally standing around, employees standing in plain view hitting vapes inside, they gave me cold dried out food, and gave me the wrong pies! The way this McDonalds operates Is entirely unacceptable. These employees do not deserve the $11.50 they are making!
The late shift crew at this location are horrible most times. Slower than acceptable, and rude. The food is usually old and dried out. Once they waited until I got to the window to pick up my food and told me to pick something else because it would take to long to make what I ordered. Management needs to really look at their late night crew and make changes. They are one of the last 24 hr locations, but unless I'm stopping for someone else I avoid this location. During the day they are much better. Afternoons are a toss up. Sometimes OK and sometimes bad. Definitely an obvious difference in work ethic and capability as the shifts change.
Whoever the crew working there today around 5ish had my food lit. Perfectly made, had all my items nicely sealed. Even had the nice cup holder inside the bag. Thank you for brightening my day after a long day of work. Appreciate you guys!
If I could give a lower rating I would. The kids they got working there are rude and lazy. Food is almost always cold and wrong. I do doordash and I refuse to go their anymore. One time I waited 30 minutes for an order while they goofed off the hole time. I called corporate and got a card for a free meal and told sorry for the trouble as if that fixes anything ?.
Got food after work last night ; everything was old & cold.Go to get some today , gave us the wrong order.Waited at the window , the young lady working it was super nice and understanding. But still the fact.This place is legit garbage , reminds me of why I haven’t ate there or any McDonald’s in a very long while.Never again. ?
This McDonald's is literally THE WORST I've ever been to. Whether it's in the Massillon area, or in the USA, it's the worst one no doubt. The drive thru line is always long and slow, and the workers just don't care. I've been here many times and it's the same every time. Don't go!! Unless you want slow, rude service and cold food. Go up the road a little and there's another McDonald's that's much better. I'm giving them 2 stars, only because their drive thru is open 24 hours. You'll still have issues though, because at a certain time of the night they say they can only take cash. You just can't win here.
Have never received a correct order from here, and when I do, the frys or nuggets are cold or they forget the toy in the happy meal. I don't know how this has been able to continue for this long. I rather drive extra to go to a different one because my kids get McDonald's as a reward for stuff, can't be a reward when it's incorrect all the time!
