I tried to place an order through their app which I didn't have much luck with. After about 13 minutes I gave up and called the store to place my order. I ordered the large pepperoni magnifico that was on sale for 9.99 but the girl taking the order said I could only have that price if I ordered online. So I canceled my order and went to their website on my computer and ordered the pizza.I'll start by saying part of the pizza was very tasty, the part that actually had pepperoni and sauce which you can see in the picture. Everything else was dry, there wasn't much sauce even though I ordered double. I probably should have paid extra for dipping sauce but I had never ordered from here before. If you love crust then this is the pizza for you, if you like a good pizza... then not so much.
Best pizza! probably the freshest hottest pizza I've had delivered as if it was straight out of the oven.
Love their pizza, love their food. We order online and the food is hot and ready for the time we requested. Great staff, always prompt and friendly service.

You put a huge olive pit in my pizza yesterday plus other tooth shattering g items not sure what. The driver did not send an alert he was on his way. Didn't call. Instead stood outside pounding on my door well before the stated delivery time so guess what you all can do with your pizza?AND I TIP HANDSOMELY EVERY SINGLE TIME. I COULD HAVE SHATTERED A TOOTH. these aren't whole olive either. How do you miss it?
Good to great pizza that is a great to excellent value. The pies are solid for sure, but the prices are dirt cheap. Well done!
The customer service at this location is Awesome and very friendly and the food turned out great just the way we ordered it.
The website for this particular location is no longer available either online or in the Marcos App. On the App specifically, it shows the status of this location as being closed - even during business hours. An order cannot be placed on the app or on their website for this store at 3610 Lincolnway E in Massillon, Ohio. This problem began nearly a month ago and has remained unresolved. Please look into this issue ASAP.
Excellent pizza and excellent customer service!! This is our new favorite pizza place and we will not be ordering from any place else again! It’s so nice to order a pizza and it is delivered hot and fresh and so delicious! Thank you Marco’s!!
