The GM told an employee to show up for work and skip her grandfather's memorial service, or be fired. GM had notice of the grandfather's passing on Thursday and the service was Monday. more then enough time to find a fill in or change the schedule around. Absolutely disgusting behavior from the GM. Should be fired.
I went through at about 12:30PM today, and the guy that was working the window was super nice, and super helpful, and unlike everyone else I've dealt with recently you could tell he actually loved his job, and was doing it to the best of his ability. He told me his name but I can't remember it for anything, and also, the Italian Cheese bread that I bought was so fresh and so tasty! Best $5 dollar meal I've ate in a long time! Way better then the disgusting pizza I got at a local Papa John's in Canton recently that was cold, burned, dry, and not cut at all, and that was $25 dollars! So anyways I highly recommend the Massillon Little Caesars and will be back!!!
Cold cold pizza! how hard can it be to keep Pizza Warm? Never again. Today was my last time spending money at this place and with 6 grandchildren I spent quite a bit at this location
I actually travel a far distance to come to this Little Caesars. I come here because I've always had exemplary service and great food. Today was a minor exception to the rule. I ordered my food and asked for it to be ready in 45 minutes which it was not. It was an additional 15 minutes afterwards that I had to sit and wait for it. I placed my order with a young lady named Holly and then eventually got on the phone with her again as I left to ask what the problem was. Her customer service skills and her good demeanor has left me still a happy Little Caesars of Massillon customer. As I'm sitting here eating my food it's still as delicious as usual. Thank you.
I always have a good experience with Little Caesars Pizza; but they were very helpful yesterday and even helped me to the car. I love that about the people who work there! They're so kind.
This is the worst place I have ever spoke to and that was the manager who refused to give me her name and store number because in her words “it wasn’t in her pay grade to do so!!” She also told us she would not refund items we didn’t get because it wasn’t her problem! She also cussed at us on the phone and when we asked for corporate number she told us they don’t have a corporate or a number! She then told us not her problem bye!! Something needs done about this asap!!
Staff was friendly. Food quality was satisfactory. App said order would be ready by 7:25-7:30, I waited in store until 7:45 for my order. Order was also incorrect.
pizza is either a greasy sloppy mess or doughy. Ordering online is pointless, even though it says it'll be done at a certain time you still have to wait 25 minutes. Advertising the pretzel pizza when they don't even have it. Everyone knows little Caesars isn't the best but i mean Jesus christ.
Staff was super friendly. Was sad though to see, even though signs advertise the pretzel crust as hot n ready, they are not at this location. Several other options available though. Decent pizza for the price when you're in a hurry.
Food was good except the dough was not cooked all the way it was doughy in the center of both pizzas and we didn't get any sauce for our cheese bread.
