We love Jimmy John’s it’s our typical go to for a quick meal. However, today my sandwich had every bit of triple the mayo on it. And my sons sandwich bread was so soggy he gagged. It was like it sat in water or something. I sure hope this is a one off. I ordered online and picked up within a minute of the text it was ready and ate it or rather tried to within 10 mins(the drive home). Please fix this issue we love Jimmy John’s
They make a good sub there like there bread fast service

Don't like skimping on the meats and cheeses mostly bread.

My sister and I had an awful experience at Applebee’s and had to walk out: never happened before in my life. So we are a little upset and decide to just stop at jimmy John’s and get take out. We pulled up and I had never been there so needed a minute. The girl on the speaker was patient and stated she was there if we needed her. When we were ready she was kind, took our order correctly, read it back to us, and asked us to pull forward. When we got up there she was her bright
Great food but sometimes the younger staff can be, in my opinion, a little disrespectful.
I can't say enough good things about the delivery drivers for this store. Of all the stores I have dealt with, since moving to Massillon and ordering from the Massillon store, I have never had delivery drivers that was so professional and courteous. They always have a smile on their face and have a positive attitude when speaking. If more of the stores would have THIS kind of drivers working, it would definitely not go under appreciated. Thank you so much for have such pleasant employees working there.
We find their buns tough. Prefer to go wheat which is sliced bread instead of a sub roll. Other than that, they build a good sandwich, and they do it quickly
