Decent food, but the place is ridiculous. They will not let you in the door to pick up your order. You have to stand outside the front window where you hand money food back and forth under a window that is pushed up part way. And blah, blah, blah, I know about coronavirus and I know they can do whatever they want, but I also know what was my second favorite pizza shop in Massillion is now my first and I go there instead because I can walk inside like a human being. Yes, they can make any rules they want with their own shop. And I can either follow them or go somewhere else. So, after many years of Jay's, I now go somewhere else. The food is good, but I will not be treated like a dirty cow.
