Got the protein pancakes with strawberries and bananas with shelled eggs hash browns and bacon with coffee food was on point. And a little FYI folks depending where you go you have to asked for shelled scrambled eggs if not you will get liquid eggs. In this case when IHOP asks how you want your eggs ask foe SHELL EGGS if not you will get liquid carton eggs. I used to work in the restaurant business and the liquid carton eggs made it a faster and easier way to get eggs cooked and out for orders!
It's been about 10 months since our visitStaff was slow my wife had to use restroom and fell on wet floor outside door of course they put sign up after the fact.The manager came out to fill out report but wasn't to concerned about what happened. We never heard a word from anyone to check on her to see how she was doing the manager probably put report in circular file.Needless to to say we have not gone back and when ask my wife if she wants to stop in it's a definite NO!!!Food was ok but service left alone to be desired.
Tried to place order over the phone. Guy said to hold on a minute, so I did. He hung up on me. I tried calling back, someone said hello, then when I asked to place an order they hung up on me again. At this point I was flustered. I called again and the phone had been taken off the hook. Absolutely no reason for this laziness... Very disappointed in this experience.
We were there about 10 months ago and was told it would be a half hour wait. No explanation. We understand everyone is short staffed but there where only a handful of tables occupied and at least five employees working. Thought they could have at least seated us with our drinks even if it was a half hour wait. We were the only ones in line to wait. Needless to say we left. I then emailed thinking their manager would like to know. The manager didn't care but did call just to chew me out and stated they were short staffed. We finally went back about 4 months ago and ordered a ham omelet. There was no cheese or ham in the omelet. There was just ham on top and very little cheese sprinked on top. That's not how you make an omelet. It was just one big scrambled egg. We have not been back since. There empty parking lot says it all.
1st time at an IHOP and the food and service was amazing. Everything was very clean! Lots of options on the menu, not only breakfast items like I thought. Can't wait to go back!!
Visited after midnight on a Sat night. Seated promptly and drink order taken immediately. Only one waitress working, but she did an excellent job despite being new. Waitress Brittney was very hard working checking up on guests constantly, clearing tables quickly after guests left, refilling drinks timely, and fully sanitizing areas. She was the highlight of the visit with her consistency, care, and warm smile. Food was fresh, completed quickly, and delicious. My omlette was big and filled with lots of ingredients. Pancakes were filled with choc chips and hot. In a climate with very few late night/24 hour options still open, it is great to discover one with good food and outstanding service.
Food was good. Cup of fruit was sadly only honeydew and grapes. Everyone was friendly enough. Carpet under our table was a completely littered with chunks of food from previous patrons. I assume they don't have enough staff to keep it clean, but it was really quite gross. The waitress was very efficient. Annoyingly so to be honest. Again, I assume it's because they are short staffed. She brought our check half way through our meal. The kids had barely even started eating, and here appears our waitress asking if we need to-go boxes, anxious to hand us the check. I'm sure she had a neverending list of things to do and people to wait on. It would just be nice to actually eat our food before being rushed to leave.
gotta say amazing food amazing wait staff though the one that got sent home she was truly beautiful so if she or the manager sees this please let her know at least she can choose to message me if she wants my step dad joked alot as we left
I only order the mushroom and spinach omlette with hashbrowns and toast. Very flavorful, lots of spinach and mushrooms, cheese; topped with tomatoes and Hollandaise sauce. Somewhat disappointed in the service; had to wait too long for service and there were only 3 tables in service at that time we were there.
Our waiter, Ryan was very nice and attentive. Very friendly. Food was pretty good, but I've definitely had better. Enjoyed the service!
