I order something in a bowl and I like the steak and the guy keep giving me the chicken and I ask for a little bit hot sauce he won't not give me a sauce and he said the chunk tomato has sauce already and there is no taste I will not coming back again
Taste of food was decent. Food size vs price. Over priced. However hygiene needs to be communicated to employees. Very disturbing scene with one employee. If that employee had been making my food or touched it. I would have walked out.
I'm really starting to get hooked on this. Toasting the burrito is next level. I love the variety of salsas and sauces. My go to is straight habanero. The queso is excellent too and they don't skimp on the chips
the food is absolutely disgusting not to mention the rude general manager me and my husband were shocked hearing how she spoke to the other employees
I was there. I asked for burrito in a bowl.. The young girl was doing as I asked.. The I guess manager came in and told her to do it different! And I didn't get what I asked. I wouldn't have something while I was in the store but it was busy. I'm very unhappy when I said burrito I wanted it wrapped like a burrito the bowl was to keep it from getting all over thr car!
I have to say I’m quite disappointed in my experience. The worker making our food looked like he needed help, and no one was helping him. I ordered a burrito, and it looked like it was made too big to wrap. When I was alluding to the fact that I would like it remade, the lady gave me attitude and told me to eat it like a bowl. That wasn’t what I wanted. I should’ve been more direct because apparently making it obvious wasn’t enough. I ended up getting something else to eat. I do appreciate the new employee trying, though.
Well this was the 4th and last time I will visit this location. Each time the customer service and quality of food has diminished significantly. During this last visit the employee didn't even so much as greet us or ask us questions about what we wanted on our meals. The amount of care the employee took with his customers exemplifies the businesses care for quality control.
Went for my first time. The lady was very nice but every bit of the food looked dried out and old. I wanted to walk out but I just couldn't do it. I guess I was just being nice smh ... the sour cream was the worst. It was just sitting on the counter and very crusty. I heard great things about this place but I guess that wasn't the day to go ...and I drove 25 minutes just to get there
I get a spicy steak bowl with Monterey cheese and cilantro every time sour cream on the side and it’s amazing the portions are great I can eat it twice. I order from this location at least once a week : )
I walk into the restaurant with who I assume is the manager sitting at a table listening to videos with people screaming on them and I first think she’s gonna turn it off right due to how loud it was but no she just keeps playing them. All while one worker is trying to take care of everyone in line. I was hoping my food would taste good but sadly the rice is as hard as it is raw and the food seems like it’s been sitting out.
