Normally this place is our go-to restaurant for Mexican. But last night my wife and I went there and ate, everything tasted delicious. Great service but when we went home, about 2 hours later, I started spewing fluids and solids out of both ends simultaneously. Worst night I have had in a long long time. My wife about 2 hours after I started, caught whatever it was I had from the food and we took turns being in and out of the bathroom and cleaning our shower. Not sure what happened because it never does that to me. I had ordered shrimp tacos and she had a beef burrito I believe? We won’t be going back for a while. Scarred us both pretty good.
I have notoriously picky children, with nearly insatiable appetites for things they like. The first time they tried El Campesino's a few weeks ago for a take out order they weren't enthused with the idea, until they tried it. Last week when I suggested we actually go have dinner at the restaurant the idea was greeted with a stampede of teenage fury as they scrambled to find shoes and coats.Thank you, El Campesino, for never failing to be flawless. Your food is delicious, your staff are courteous and professional, your dining room is clean and inviting, and your prices are gobsmacking (in a good way). Please don't stop doing what you do!

Always good... took my ma out, after finding out she would be getting surgery. Good dinner and a few drinks eased her nerves a bit.. lol
Favorite Mexican spot around. Takeout and dine in. Always great food. Margs to-go is a serious plus for date night.
