My husband ordered a coffee online through door dash, called the store ahead of time to correct the order. Jennifer still purposely sent the wrong order out. And then refused to fix the order after driving to the store. I will be filing a formal complaint and seeking further action. This woman was rude racist and flat out unprofessional. My husband recorded the altercation when trying to have his order fixed....
This place is always packed. They are fast and work hard. Amazing place!
Regardless of if I order on Doordash or go through the drive thru, this location never has stock on anything. From 4 coffee rolls to 6 jelly filled donuts, I can't count the amount of times they have to do substitutions. I have tried during different times of the day. It doesn't matter. Even if you preorder on their app and give them ample time to make it you don't get what you want. Whoever keeps inventory at that location should be fired.Do better Dunkin.
Had no filled ones and the six I got weren't very good either...why they dont have enough is, beyond me, when you Are a donut shop! ?♀️
Aside from the coffee / food they do not care about the mental health of they're workers and most of the workers are rude and don't care about anything my friend is going through things and had to quit because of the people there I don't ever hear anything good about fast food anymore it's always negative they're liars and mistreat people when they figure out they can't control them I hope these people MANAGEMENT get FIRED and the staff that support this behavior it's disgusting and ridiculous
Grabbed a quick cup of coffee and a donut at the drive through. Friendly, speedy, and courteous. Can't ask for much more!
