Service is very slow. Employees very rude. They will try to pretend you aren't there and take forever to acknowledge you.
If I could I’d give -10000 stars rudest costumer service I have ever experienced this girl was so disrespectful for treating me horribly making jokes and laughing at me absolutely disrespectful with her ear buds on she has been outside with her friends constantly locking the lobby doors staying outside as her friends harassed other customers can not believe her name was Kaylee just absolutely disgusted by a place like this and then threatened me absolutely not coming back again and has made my drinks wrong everytime
This store consistently has poor service! Today I went inside to get what I needed for everyone. We’ll they were already sold out of donuts and have been for hours prior to me the girl said. The coffee was watered down and horrible, couldn’t even drink it because it was so bad. This is not a first time occurrence, I have personally experienced this multiple times over the months, keep hoping for better service, better quality of product but it doesn’t seem like it’s going to change anytime soon. You would think, if your in the donut business you would have donuts for your customers to purchase.
Customer service is good. The people are nice. However, slower then sloths. In line with 8 cars took 25 minutes. They take one order at a time making their line even longer to the point people start leaving. Your losing a lot of money….
The female employee at the drive thru said they were closed due to having no staff. It was 5 pm and we waited in line in the drive thru. Bad business practice.
Very busy but the inside traffic was handled very well. Breakfast sandwiches were great.
No one seemed to care we came inside to place an order. They looked at us multiple times during the 10 minutes we stood at the counter. We left with the list of drinks we came to ored. 4/9/22 @4:00
The girl used curdled coconut milk in my drink. Manager made it right, but you could clearly see the curdled texture and she gave it to my friend anyway. I'm glad I was observant

I stopped in for 2 drinks and some donuts and it took almost 20 minutes. There was no one else in the store and I could see that the drive thru was busy, but by the time the girl went to make my drink (she was the one who took my order) she had to ask me what size it was. No apologies for how long it took.
