It's ok pizza for the price. My problem is- if a company is going to push and promote online ordering... Food should be done by the time specified. I placed my order at 11 am for a 530pm pick up. Only to have my spouse wait 30 additional minutes for it to be done.
We ordered our pizza at 11:00 AM to be ready at 5:30 PM. Of course it was not ready as ordered, and I arrived at 5:15 PM. The manager made excuses and not once apologized for the inconvenience.
A very friendly staff and my orders have always been correct. The delivery drivers are very professional and will do their best to bring you your food in any weather condition.
Went into dominos in Massillon and found two employees working there butts off! They were deep cleaning the place and making the establishment shine! I highly recommend these two get rewarded for there rockstar attitudes!
Love this place and the pizza that comes out of it. Don't believe me? Just try it and you too will become a believer. Delicious and timely. My spot for delivery.Never disappointed. Thanks guys!

Was working around the corner, tried to call and was immediately placed on hold. While waiting i walked over. I went inside, while still on the phone. One lady behind the counter, another guy on his phone in a booth, neither one doing anything. She asked if it was for pick up, when i told her i was on hold to order she told me they were closing in 10 minutes. Wonder how long she wouldve kept me on hold.???
Never delivered my order, tried to call and had to call four times before they answered. Then when they finally answered they put me on hold for a manager and then hung up on me . The woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude.
