Tried to walk into the dine in part and the doors were locked, no postings on the door nothing. Had to go through the drive thru which wasn’t an issue but when I pulled up the the window I could here the co-workers cussing up a storm and making fun of orders, saying well they should have ordered like ‘this’. It kinda made me not feel like a ‘valued’ customer?♀️ Wasn’t the greatest experience.
I arrived at drive thru at 8:54 pm. The marquee & drive thru sign lights were on. I pulled up, waited patiently, then at 8:55 pm, I saw one worker locking the drive thru window. They turned the lights out in me. I immediately honked and the girl looked at me and started laughing. She had seen my headlights before they turned off the drive thru sign. I saw her look at me before the lights went out. You sign clearly says you close at 9pm. these two workers need to be fired. Had I not been sitting there at a lit sign, it could be different. Additionally, they closed EARLY, thereby cheating you out of a bit of profit. This is why I HATE going to your DQ. Every time I'm there, I get blown off in some manner. Only when my husband is with me do I feel the service is good.
I haven't been in town for 7 years.This location has always had great service & a great bunch for kids working there.My Blizzard is fantastic. New York cheese cake w/ cherries.Because of my allergy I had 0 hassle about the compromise.Thanks guys have a great Summer
The food and service was amazing ? and the food tasted ? delicious
The drive thru at this location really needs to be redone!!Also,it was dark out and 3 young employees (two males and one female) were running around chasing each other around the outside of the building. They were not listening to the manager at all. Very immature and disrespectful. While the manager was cleaning and sweeping.
workers are completely immature, kept making random noises and were screaming. heard them in the back talking about how they accidently shoved their finger in the peanut butter. unacceptable
15 min with 2 cars in front of you. How Tf is this possible? Also the worst parking lot in the country. The slowest service Iv ever had.
Got a blizzard but disappointed because mostly plain icecream

Restaurant have good days and some bad days. So if you can't say something positive don't say anything. Dairy Queen is fast food and sometimes people make mistakes
