Messed up our pick up order. Clearly gave us someone else's food and when you call to get it fixed you have to email them your problem. They must mess up alot they make it to where you cant talk to anyone directly at that restaurant! Overly priced mediocre food!
This chipotle used to be really good, now it's always an issue. They never seem to have the standard ingredients, several times they haven't even had the dressing.The amount of food in the bowls is half of what you'd get at any of the other stores. Ask for extra, and still won't get it.Rice is undercooked, meat is greasy/fatty, the totomoes in the tomato salsa were white.Always a line to the door, employees are stressed to the max, and everything suffers.Food isn't worth the price.
I will not be going back. I ordered a chicken and steak bowl with double meat and got maybe 10 pieces of meat all together. They were out of the hot salsa unless you ordered online. I couldn't even get a side of it for my chips. What is up with not having any change either. I used to enjoy Chipotle, but Hot head burrito has my business from now on.
Terrible, slow service. We literally stood in line for the cashier and the manager was trying to ring the customers order up correctly and couldn't figure it out and never apologized or anything. The customer walked out and was yelling. Food wasn't very hot, the restaurant looked like a $h¡thole. It was filthy. All the tables had food all over them and on the floor. My husband had to ask for a sanitized rag 3 times before we could even sit at the dirty tables, we had to clean our own tables and we'll never go back. Totally mismanaged. Prices are way to high.
Chipotle's massillon location's service has been slowly diminishing over time. I've had several issues in the last year with this particular location, and for the amount of money chipotle charges for their food, this makes me want to stop eating chipotle altogether. Tonight (about 30 minutes ago), I walk into chipotle in massillon and when it's my turn to be waited on, the following transpires: Chipotle employee asks me burrito or bowl, I say burrito- he puts the tortilla in the warmer, once it's done he takes it out and puts it directly into the counter (the counter wasn't real dirty, but it was far from clean). After he puts it on the counter, he pulls out the tin foil, picks the tortilla back up and then places it on the foil. White or brown rice? - I say brown. There's hardly any rice in the container and what rice is there, is dry, baked onto the container, and disgusting looking. I ask for fresh rice, he asks other employees, and finally comes up with fresh rice. After this, he has the nerve to ask me if I want more rice, as he's SCRAPING the dry, baked on rice out of the container. Unbelievable! Beans? Pinto. But before you do, mix it up first. The pinto beans had obviously been sitting for a while and were dried up and nasty looking. Then he asks what meat, I tell him, and he puts the tiniest little amount (half the size of a golf ball) on the burrito, I obviously ask for more. For what chipotle charges, I want FOOD on my burrito. So yeah, put more meat on it dude. The burrito tasted disgusting because the food had been sitting there so long. This is not the first time I've had this same issue going to chipotle after 8 or 9pm. Oh, and as I'm eating my burrito, I find a large LEAF, measuring two inches long by one inch wide. The more I think about it, the more upset I get. I've had too many issues with this chipotle location to continue to buy food there. Chipotle massillon, get your act together. You've lost a customer ✌
My experience earlier today at around 1:20pm was honestly not great. The guy that was taking my order just seemed so miserable. I don’t want him getting in trouble, everyone has bad days. I felt kind of bad. Then he barley gave me any rice for my bowls. I asked for beans and he dumped a huge amount of black beans in one of the bowls and it just looked rough. The place seemed messy and no one was communicating. They were only taking exact cash or payment by card. I’ve never had such a small bowl in my life. Didn’t feel good about paying for it. Honestly I really wanted to just walk out, but I ended up staying and paying for it. The food was good don’t get me wrong. Just felt like he didn’t understand what the correct portion size was for everything. I love Chipotle but I don’t think I’ll be making a trip out to this location again.
Ordered online through the app. My guac was brown and tasted funny. If you pay extra for it, it should be perfect. They got an order completely wrong. Gave us a free entree to make up for it but still had to spend at least 10$ to even use it.and didnt even put the names on everyones orders so we had to try and figure out whose was whose
At 6pm on a Saturday night they were always out of everything and I would say staffing issues but they have 3 people on the online orders, 1 in the back doing all of the cooking, and 1 doing everything else. Despite that the online orders were always an hour behind and the line inside went past the doors. It's like there isn't a manager ever there. When it was my turn in line to order, they told me they didn't have guacamole but right after they said that, they brought out a batch of it from the fridge. So I asked if I could have some of that. They told me no and said it was for online only and didn't proceed to explain why. I and everyone behind me was flabbergasted.

Losing one star because the lady preparing online orders had 4 people waiting on orders that she had bagged and ready but had not put up in the pick up rack because she was assembling yet a 5th order. None of us got our food until all 5 orders were assembled and bagged.
Horrible Food. Bad service like always. Husband got sick after eating their. Seen them make chicken and steak on same skillet . The food is never to par. Feels dirty indide. Nottttt that great of service!! Done eating their!!
