What can I say, it's Burger King. They're offering new menu items but my favorite is the rodeo cheeseburger. The latest greatest deal is any size french fries, free for the rest of the year whenever you purchase anything in the app. The problem with all of these apps is they don't offer everything or all flavors through the app and that is a shortcoming for all these fast food restaurants. I was unable to order the rodeo cheeseburger. I had to order a rodeo Burger, then hurry to the drive-thru and tell them that I wanted them to add cheese because the app wouldn't give me that option. Then I had already paid for the Rodeo Burger, so I would have to give them the extra in cash for the cheese slice.
Fast friendly service. Very clean food served hot.

Every time we come here the lady at the front counter is rude as hell & always messes up our order. Then argues with us about it. Food is alright but the workers are rude and don’t listen. Maybe you guys should put customer friendly people where they have to deal with customers.
The service at the Massillon Burger King was excellent. The lady that waited on us was very friendly. This seems very rare the way people treat customers nowadays.
If I could give zero stars I would came to get something they missed I had my receipt and everything and they wouldn’t give it to me because it has to be the same person even tho my friend couldn’t come all the way back he called to told them that it’s messed up and manger said “F you”
The cook was cursing, the staff is rude slamming things makes us feel unwelcomed. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! And hostile of an environment shame
Sandwich was fresh and meat was warm.
