Was out driving around when I felt hungry, and stopped at Bob Evans in Massillon. I wanted something light, cause I've been nauseous from dialysis. I figured, let's get some chicken salad and fruit. Let me tell you, this was the chicken salad I grew up on! I was so happy! Got grapes, strawberries, and cantaloupe with my salad. Pecans topped the chicken salad, and I also hot 2 very hot out of the oven biscuits. I will definitely go vsck for this again soon!
Service was nice, professional and very fast. Waitress was very accommodating to my 18 month old daughter. Food was great.
We had a rude waitress and had to wait a long time to get our food. I had the pot roast without onions and it made me sick. The ham was too dry and chewy. We weren’t even asked if we wanted dessert, which I did want. I was not impressed. I wouldn’t recommend going to this Bob Evans.
I always enjoy Bob Evans. One of our favorite restaurants. It was even better than usual today. Our waitress was top notch. She did an amazing job.
Food has improved since the last time we went to a Bob Evan's which was a few years ago. We had stopped going because of the quality of food served.
Placed order online and was told it was going to be a 35 minute wait. I went and picked it up after about 20 minutes food was already cold, sandwich was burnt fries were soggy.
I ordered curbside, directions were not followed on my meal. I ordered not gravy but received gravy on my cubed steak. Stuffing was dry. I was given no butter for my bread. Not very happy with my order, and this was my first post meal after being sick.
Server was friendly. He forgot to give my husband his banana bread with his meal but before we left he put the banana bread in a to go container with some extra slices!
Got absolutely roasted by the manager, it was so funny, love that guy. Great food.
Lived in Massillon my whole life always had great experiences at this Bob Evans. Couple days ago we placed Thanksgiving orders. I showed up early to pick up my order and was greeted with prob the worst customer service ever. Now I understand it's a holiday and it busy but to instantly assume I had the wrong restaurant or that I was wrong, without looking in the computer or trying to resolve the situation, you just call me a liar and basically take the next person in line. By the time we got our order it was missing half the stuff we ordered. The food was very delicious I do appreciate the manager that made it right for us but to the girl behind the counter (EMMA) you do not need to be in customer service.
