Restaurant was half empty and service was still sliw and inept. A well done steak came out pink and fatty, broccoli was brown, and mashed potatoes were as bland as the paper napkins. The entire experience was one i wish never happened. With any luck ill purge the meal and forget i ever went there
Absolutely poor service, the waiter did not take our order correctly and after being told he avoided our table all together. Had to ask someone else to speak to the manager. He never cleared appetizer dishes, never filled our drinks. They other waitess brought our bills but never brought us the thing to pay on had to ask several times.Very poor service not happy at all.
Second time I've walked into this Applebee's and the smell of raw sewage was somewhat overwhelming. Last time I left but this time I was very hungry. Got the chicken fajita wrap and there was little to no chicken in it. I'm definitely done with this one. Never again.
Idk why everyone always hates on Applebee's. Ya know what you are in for when you walk in the door. The service here is great. I always end up here late, so half priced apps and the servers never treat me like a bother.
Great 22.00 Meals. Good food. Got salad steak potato. Bread. Well worth the price.
It just isn't like it used to be... I gave 3 stars because service was good, staff friendly and everything appeared clean, including the restroom. What just doesn't work for me anymore is the quality and quantity of the food. This visit I ordered a Cheeseburger with everything but they definitely forgot the flavors. I've never had a cheeseburger that was so tasteless, in order to finish it I had to resort to using ketchup, lots of ketchup. I would have been better off getting a fast food burger for 1/2 the price.Oh and you'd think that by now they would have at least 1 IPA beer on tap.
Date Night! We have been to this Applebee's many times. Management is generally attentive even though we did not get a visit on this particular evening. Our favorite burger is gone from the menu (Beer Cheese Maple Bacon) and our second favorite burger (Quesadilla Burger) has been changed. The Salmon that I used to order (Cedar Plank Maple Glaze is also gone from the menu). We sure would like to see some of our favorites rotate back in.On this particular visit: Our server had just come in from her smoke break to take our order. The smell was overwhelming and a bit unappetizing. She was attentive, filling our drinks several times and listening to our order. We ordered Whisky Bacon Burgers and received Classic Bacon Cheeseburgers. The burgers were good, just not what we ordered. The New Cheese Bites are good and we recommend you give them a try. (Not included in 1/2 price appetizers or meal combos).
We went for dinner. The wait time was 15 minutes. We tried the tipsy reindeer and the strawberry merry swirl. Both drinks were good. The strawberry merry swirl gave my friend brain freeze! Lol. We also tried the cheetos cheese curds and flaming hot cheetos boneless wings. Both were good, but looked nothing like the commercial. The boneless wings weren't hot, so lucky me I had a few, the cheetos cheese curds were set atop a pool of grease. My steak was cooked to a perfect medium well. The garlic mashed were a little lumpy, Our waitress/server Brandi M. was friendly, attentive and made sure we received our food fresh and hot. Price to value was accurate. Not bad for a date night.
