Stopped by on our road-trip. Good food, prices, and amazing service! Michelle was absolutely amazing. She was so polite and patient and had excellent customer service! Thank you for making it a great experience Michelle!
We chose this restaurant because it was walking distance to our hotel. We were seated near the bar so the bartender waited on us. Management should be ashamed with how much they put on one person. He had several tables and the bar to take care of. He was literally running back and forth. We understand that it was hard on him. But we suffered because of it. Our drinks were empty most of the time. The Old Bay Shrimp was a joke. It was maybe 8 pieces of baby shrimp, like salad size. The wings were good. That's a positive.
My family and I ordered to go here while in town, visiting and staying at the Residence Inn behind the restaurant. We spent $42.00 on 20 Buffalo Wings, Appetizer Sampler, and a Chicken Finger meal and Fries for our little boy. We were tired from a long day of visiting Great Wolf Lodge, and we were excited for dinner. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed. My wife and I both agreed we’ve had better food at convenience store. The buffalo sauce is pure grease. The ranch wouldn’t even stick to the wings because they are so drenched in grease. We will not be dining at Buffalo Wings & Rings anymore.
My family and I ordered food to go from here tonight. We were really disappointed. The wings were gross. They were so greasy that the ranch dipping sauce wouldn’t even hold to the wing. We love wings. We’ve eaten them everywhere. The French fries were hard and overcooked; perhaps from lunch. I’ve worked in hospitality, and I know this isn’t good quality. I’ve eaten chicken wings from a convenience store that were better than the food we received here tonight. I called the restaurant back twice tonight, and no one answered. The recording prompted me to leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail, and no one has called me back. We will not be eating at this restaurant again.
Terrible customer service! We ordered carry out. They didn't include the ranch or celery, napkins, utensils, etc with our order. Called and was told we needed to come back for it. Made another trip. My husband gets back and they only gave us 2 ranches when I PAID for extra ranch with our orders. Still no napkins or utensils. Called back and informed them of the issue and that we would NOT be making yet another trip, but that we were very disappointed with their mistakes, especially considering that they weren't busy. There was no effort to fix the mistakes either time. Second time I just got a "I'm sorry, that's my mistake" and that's it.
Stopped here on way back from Kentucky. Waitress Leslie was amazing. Tammy the manager was very friendly. Food was great. Highly recommended the cauliflower wings.
Our group of 12 Bengals fans watched the playoffs here. It was amazing. Tammy took such great care to ensure we were seated in a big area for all of us to see multiple screens. Outstanding staff served the group cold beers and hot wings! We are going back tonight to watch the Super Bowl. Looking forward to a great time Thank you Tammy and staff.
Wow. What a disappointment. First red flag was this place being empty on a Friday night, now I know why. If you are known for wings, you at least have to get that right. Unfortunately, that is not the case here, what a shame. Wings were extremely dry, tasted like chicken jerky on the edges, not quite the tender wings that are advertised. We had them remade with the same experience. I can’t stress how dry these were.Service was very poor. Waitress couldn’t be bothered to get off of her phone from the server stand. I order multiple drinks, just for them to sit there for 10 plus minutes before they were brought to the table, might also explain the dry wings. Props to the bartender, hardest worker in that place.I feel sorry for the owner. Empty of a Friday night and worse wings than Taco Bell, all topped off with poor service. Poor company will be bankrupt, exit now while you can.
It’s a Sunday evening @ 6 PM A few customers.. not packed , or slammed! A win right!? You would think! I have never had such a worst experience in customer serious... We ordered food. Half of our food arrives and it’s not even lukewarm or room temperature. It’s absolutely cold! As we are waiting for our wings to be brought back out hot! TWICE I should mention. By this time we have finished our potatoes wedges , the side we chose with our wings. Finished those. Still waiting then comes our wings . At this point . We’ve really weight in on maybe short staffed because it seems to be everywhere with the way the world is today . In a pandemic/ covid. NOPE. We had workers standing around us. No one was willing to you know “get in where you fit in” be a team. The wings come out... at this point it’s like REALLY! Can we speak with the manger (Tammy) She comes to the table as if everything was okay. We explained the situation. Who was clueless ! She said well you should have sent the food back. Which I corrected her and said we did TWICE. She said well I had no acknowledgment of that and she wasn’t going to argue with me. NOT HER BILL , NOT HER PROBLEM! I was SHOCKED at this point. Like what ?!? I’m sorry for one how unprofessional and you’re the manger ?! If I’m not mistaken we are the paying customers. We bring the service. If you can’t handle your job maybe you should have the position that you’re given. Not even negotiable ,or what can I do? Like I said working as a server myself. I would have at least offered something for such unhappy service. No passion as if it was herself dinning in. Wasted $88 and some odd change. I’m such highly disappointed.
Excellent service and friendly staff. Food is always delicious.
