My kids and I we’re leaving KI and GM manager who ever worked 6-18-2021 had a horrible attitude and she’s extremely rude! I ordered a frosty she said the machine is down. I ordered a baconator she said we’re out of cheese. I said ok well can I get some chicken nuggets made fresh to order and she said ugh as if didn’t want to do it then she lied about being the only one there! If this is who your gonna allow to represent your company I’ll never eat here again!! It is totally unacceptable!!
Place consistently gives me cold food. I was the only one in line. Still had to wait for my food and when I took the first bite. Cold. Not room temp but cold. This has happened the past 3 trips to this specific location. Will not ever go back to this location.
I asked for a frosty chino at 7 pm. Their response? “Oh, it’s too late to be having coffee right now. We will not serve that to you.” This wasn’t a joke, they were serious. What is holding you back from making me a coffee at 7 pm? Laziness, pure and simple. There was no one else in line, so it’s not like they were rushed. They just didn’t want to do the job they are being paid to do. They were also apparently out of vanilla soft serve. It should be illegal for Wendy’s to be out of vanilla soft serve. I will never go to this place again.
I ordered a baked potato with the butter on the side. It was squished and discolored.
The woman taking orders cut us off before we were done ordering and sent us to the first window. Told the guy at first window we weren’t done ordering and he sent us to the second window. Staff took our order in a polite manor then messed up the order. We told the woman sweet tea, she repeated it back to confirm then gave us UNSWEET TEA. By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. When we asked for our receipt they acted like it was the end of the world.
I don't usually stop at Wendy's because the prices are too high for what you get. I got a burger and medium drink and it was almost $8. I know everything has gone up in price, but it was the worst burger I've had. It was burnt around the edges and dry except for the condiments. It was so bad tasting that I will not frequent this establishment again. I tried calling to resolve this, but no answer. I have it 2 stars because the last in the drive through was very polite.
This Wendy's is by far the fastest in the area. Always friendly. I have my order made special and it's always perfect.
We got served quickly and efficiently. And the free Frosty Jr (for a year, after donating $2 to the Dave Thomas adoption Fund) really hit the spot.
