From out of town. Online hours posted say they close at midnight. Spent 40 minutes in line for them to shut the menu board off at 11PM right as we pulled up and Informed us they helped the last car. Update your hours if your "distract manager" says to close at 11, because I can only assume by the lady's immediate attitude at the speaker that I'm not the first customer upset about the mix up.
I work at this Wendy's. They are dedicated, hard working individuals. We keep it clean, respectful, and swift. Second shift can go to hell(sorry guys!), BUT that's basically been the case with every fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Eat before 5 and you're almost guaranteed fresh and delicious fast food, exactly the way Dave intended it. And if you see me on grill, don't hesitate to order a Dave's triple. I'll have it hot and ready for you.
Just moved nearby, bad first impression. Order was made wrong, and didn't get any napkins or a receipt.But manager did take care of the situation well.Came back again and got burnt bacon and another sandwich was made wrong. Went inside to get the sandwiches remade and they made them incorrectly again. Now it's one star. I don't care if I have to wait at least make my food correctly.With the increase in prices incompetence just isn't on the table anymore.
Crew can be seen working hard and orders are made in a reasonable time. However, please update your current telephone. It sounds like it may be a fax number. When trying to call, it rings but then begins sounding like an old dial-up modem trying to connect.
10 mins for a single chicken sandwich when it’s me and 1 order car in the drive thru? Cmon man. I had to leave because I had to be at work.
Shout out to Wendy's Kings Island Drive, for having awesome workers! We were there to grab dinner on our way home on 3/5/22, and ended up having a kiddo sick while pulling into the parking lot. The staff was quick to ask us if we needed anything, towels, bags etc to help out. Thankful for people who will go above and beyond what they're there to do to help.
Not a great location, waited in line for a very long time tonight and still didn’t get service, instead I got a sign telling us that they are “closed since it’s 11, sorry”. The best way to not have this problem is to either let people go inside or let them know a little bit beforehand so that they don’t waste so much time.
Terrible Terrible Wendy’s, waited almost a hour and 20 minutes just be get a sign at the window saying “sorry we closed at 11” like bro I understand you close at 11 but you let people know like 20 minutes beforehand that they probably aren’t going to get to order. I will never return to any Wendy’s locations ever again due to this utter incompetence.
This site is horrid!!! Waited on line 40 minutes. We ordered 2 sandwiches with bacon and bacon ator fries. Pulled away we had no bacon. Pulled back around they were closed. I let them know the order was wrong. She said," I'm sorry. We're out of bacon!" They should have never let us order it. Time wasted. Food was nasty!! Worst 15$ ever spent on fast food
extremely slow service. We were in line 20 minutes before close waited in line and once we got to the ordering terminal was told they were closed and would not take our order there were 7 cars behind us. Took them 20 minutes to get through three cars. If you know that you have a line of cars outside in your drive-thru it would be nice to go out and let them know that you will not be servicing them so they don't spend time in the Drive-Thru for nothing.
