I didn't know it was possible to mess up a frosty, but somehow these guys did it. From the drive through window, employees were visible eating and drinking behind the counter, and it took several minutes for the lazy workers to bring me my wet, warm ice cream. I will be sure to let my district manager Holly know about what goes on at this rather poorly run location.
This Wendy’s is a bit inconsistent. Sometimes you’ll fly through the drive through and other times you’ll sit there like it’s a parking lot. I’ve driven by for breakfast and the restaurant was opening later by posting a paper on the door. Food is always pretty good though. You know what you’re in for when you’re getting fast food.
Ordered a large fries. So I get this....
Sat forever before my order was taken, then, when it was taken the kid taking my order had a bunch of friends yelling and cursing in the car behind us and he couldn't hear my order. I had to repeat it 4 times. Then my food was cold and some of the fries were still FROZEN. This Wendy's has gone down hill and I won't be back.
I know stores and restaurants are having trouble getting help right now, let alone GOOD help. This Wendy’s has obviously scraped the bottom of the barrel for the girl that works in the drive-through in the afternoons. She is rude and obviously does not enjoy working there. She whips the window open and thrusts the bag out and closes it before you can say a word. No thank you, no have a nice day, just utterly RUDE and NASTY! The only reason she opened the window back up for me was because I sat there to ask for some ketchup. I asked her why she just throws the food out without waiting to hear if anything is needed and she told me she could’ve thrown it at me. While I was driving home I called the restaurant and of course she answered the phone. I asked for her name so I could contact customer service and she refused to give it to me. There is another Wendy’s right down the street, I don’t know if it’s owned by the same owner but I will find out and go there instead. If it’s the same owner I will never frequent one of their Wendy’s again! I would rather wait longer and have pleasant service than have faster service and be treated as rudely as this girl treats customers. That’s all I hear lately is “support your local businesses” and I’m trying to do that, but when I get treated this way, it does not make me want to come back. I work too hard for my money to give it to a business that obviously doesn’t appreciate it and would rather have someone nasty and rude working for them than have repeat customers!
My daughter and I got food from here and first of all they didn’t give us our Baconator fries. We had to go back through the drive thru just so they could say Oh, they’re sitting here…we forgot to give them to you! We had to wait for 2 cars to completely go through and the female employee just stared at us doing absolutely nothing! She could have handed them to us or brought them out! The rest of our food was cold and disgusting and I won’t return to this location ever again! Waste of my time and money!
There was a long wait but the staff were super nice
I almost never have a good experience at Wendy's especially the drive thru. This Wendy's however is exceptional. They are accurate and fast and I've only had good experiences here. I just wish that restaurants would be open inside more consistently, but I'm trying to be understanding about that.
This Wendys has to be my favorite. Usually only stop in once in a while, always sometime after 830pm and in in the drive thru. The night crew is great! Very polite, always up front if fries or nuggets will be dropped and how long a wait could be. They are quick and efficient. The parking lot is kept very clean and is well lit. Now if only the order screen would get fixed. Pretty sure it has been broken the better part of 3 years ?
a dave's single and small dr. pepper is just the right size when you are running around at lunchtime. it was fresh and just the right temperature.
