The manager at this location (older white woman with dark hair & glasses) is the rudest woman you'll encounter all week. I have attempted to get breakfast 3 times this week, and will never go back. Claiming to open at 8AM, I've sat there until 8:06, 8:07, & 8:10 and when she finally comes to take my order, she is rude and awful. During my final experience, I asked what time they open, she says 8:00 and goes on a rant about not having her headset turned on yet because she's not ready to open. That is when I just drove off before ordering, as I wasnt going to let her ruin my morning with her attitiude. This woman is a witch. I'll gladly drive elsewhere to get lunch and breakfast from now on, which is a shame because I just started my job right across the street, and this is a convenient location.
usually not one to write bad reviews but i went to pick up food for my family and the employee barely interacted with me and then just said “Ok thank you.” in a rude tone. Once I got to the window, I waited for 10 minutes (at the least!) and then it felt like the food was somewhat thrusted at me… once i got home the order was COMPLETELY incorrect and smelled like puke
Does my image look like an order of large fries and drink to anyone? Cause that's what i paid for and this is what they gave me. I know they are under staffed but i had plenty of patients with them. Until i had to ask for my drink and i immediately knew it was the wrong size for what i paid for. So today marks the last I ever visit this location. Depending on the other local branches, maybe last time i have wendy's.

We had a key tag for free frosty and she flipped out that we didn't tell her at the speaker. And you could tell that we wasn't the only ones that was sick of her behavior, the whole crew looked terrified. When I asked to speak to someone else, she rejected and kept arguing with us. Never coming back to this place! Somebody must take action and investigate this store!
This Wendy's needs you to stay away till they get it rite. I've ordered 3 salads in the last 3 days none have bean rite its turned into a place we're nobody cares
Old and cold food, ordered 2 bacon double stacks and got jr. Bacons went back through to fix and got regular double stacks no bacon so I gave up
Really need to update your hours. Randomly closes around 7 every night. I get being short staffed but this has been going on for a while now and it would help to at least set the hours to when you're going to close
I was having trouble using my rewards for a med fry w a purchase. I asked the guy at the drive up window and he mumbled something at me and a lady asked what I asked then she comes to the window and very rudely tells me she doesn't know how the app works and I need to figure it out.
They can't seem to get orders correct. Manager was rude when their register person rang something incorrectly and literally my only "option" was to not get all of the food I ordered because somehow they couldn't ring a second order with the food I was missing. (I assumed they got my 2 combos and side of baconator fries because they told me they'd have my order total at the window).Specifically I will not be returning to this location after my family all got sick from food poisoning. Waiting for the cultures to come back from my doctor.
