This store has taken the “short handed staff” excuse to the next level. Lobby always closed, and a few times the store is comepletly closed at lunch and dinner time due to short staffed while 6 employees sit in the lobby on their phones. Who ever owns this particular store should consider hiring all new employees including managers. This store is right next to kings island and Shouldn’t be closing during the day.

My daughter and I stopped here recently at approximately 1040pm and the amazing employee informed us that they had just closed since she was the only employee. We were fine and understood completely, but she told us that she would still make us food. She made our food and gave it to us for free. She told us, she took care of it. She didn’t have to make us food and she could have charged us and but she didn’t! It’s people like her that make the world better!

Ok, I've been standing in line at the taco bell for at least 35 minutes after ordering on the kiosk...which confused the cashier? So far I've seen people order food that they didn't have, no one could figure out how to refund it...like the cash drawer didn't open or something? No idea. Then there was an order that was wrong...took forever to sort out...like 6 minutes. Drive thru seems to be moving a little faster. I'm not sure what the holdup is, other than people not really interested in moving fast? This may be the longest I've waited at a taco bell ever! I am the last person standing here with no food so I'm hoping to be done in thr next 10 to 15 minutes...fingers crossed!!!

Can I possibly get my money back. Terribly sad food and they give u less in ur to go box. Had to come back to an absolutely unapologetic manager D as she claimed to be. When asked her she simply said human error coz we got busy. That’s the biggest fun excuse I have ever received. Ordered more food and was charged an astronomical sum. Their number was not answerable after 18 calls, all but went to fax. This Taco Bell needs to go.

I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to be the first car to be told that they were closed. At 10:28 pm while google claims they're open until 3 am. Closing early is fine, but letting me wait 20 minutes and then watching the car in front of me get their food is kinda insulting

I have been to Taco Bells around the United States and I have never had a better beef chalupa supreme in my life than I had at this location. The wait was long, but the freshness of this food was worth it. The employees pile on the ingredients, probably well beyond the Taco Bell recommendation, but as a customer, this is what the people want.

Pull in around 9:20 tonight to a line out the wazoo. Okay fine people want tacos too. So we wait for a good 20 minutes just to get to the sign and the guy says they’re closed now. The drive thru is set up that once you’re in, you can’t leave or get out. So we have to wait another 20 minutes to get through the line to leave. Go across to McDonald’s to watch them keep their lights on and hand food out to some cars. Why wasn’t I allowed to get my food?

Worst taco bell I have ever been too. The tacos had so much grease it came through the bag on the way home. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. Went for breakfast, but not available at this location. OK. Just ordered my regular. My taco supreme meat, lots of sour cream, very little cheese, litterly two diced tomatoes, and lettuce. It must have been pre-made because the meat was cold, the shell was soggy and..... stale. My chili cheese burrito was cold and basically a shell with very little filling. So disappointing. And Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food joints. But this was absolutely unacceptable for the money.

Went through the drive through and it was quick and the young man who took our order was probably the most polite person I’ve ever encountered in fast food! Our order was correct and everything tasted fresh.
