Always rude. Always act like they’re in a hurry to take your order when it takes them more than 10 min to get each drink out. The hot coffee has been coming out NOT hot the last few weeks.Like a kids temp. The coffee and wait time here is atrocious. They don’t say sorry either, when I’m in an Army uniform just wanting some espresso. To get on with my long day.Make your coffee at home.

My favorite Starbucks location. The staff there is super friendly and welcoming. I have been going to this location for the past 10 years, even though there is a Starbucks near me. I love going to this one, even if it's a bit of a drive.

I often visit this Starbucks, They make great beverages. Very tasty! Our mocha cookie crumbles frappuchinos was amazing today, thanks team.I was also lucky enough to get a chocolate chip cookie in the evening
Numerous times of going to this starbucks, they always have a line in the drive through that always moves slowly. After waiting in the line to pick up my mobile order, I get my drinks and half the cup is vanilla sweet cream cold foam with barley any pink drink and after requesting light ice and two scoops of strawberries, I had a cup almost full of ice and no strawberries which happens almost every time I come here.
Please tell Skylar that their drink recommendation (sweet vanilla cold brew with mocha) was amazing and just was everything I didn’t know I wanted!
Horrible! Waited long in drive thru line only to receive two tall Christmas drinks filled halfway. Unbelievable I told the girl working there about this and she fills my hot latte cup with whip cream which was not what I wanted. Ended up not drinking anything and throwing my cup away. A total waste of money!!!!!
I guess it’s normal to hand out infilled cups to drive-thru customers. I understand if ppl are busy and backed up but no excuse for handing out unfinished products.
Starbucks seems to have lost its "special advantage" over other less expensive alternatives. The guest service isn't the same and menu options/customization had decreased over time. They don't even know what a latte macchiato is anymore. They have gotten rid of all the sugar free/light options for frappuncinos and numerous flavors like mocha. They no longer have healthier options like low fat blueberry muffins or reduced fat cinnamon coffee cake. Starbucks is simply becoming a McDonald's for coffee and coffee drinks. It is kinda sad for those who have been life long Starbucks fans and consumers.
