We love Red Robin and visit often, but this time was the worst experience we have ever had. We tried ordering apps on the ziosk machine, it didn’t work. We eventually ordered our apps and entree together. Apps came out and were great. 30 minutes later, still no entree. Finally, a server who was not our server brought out food, cold. The chicken was burnt on the clucks and fries my daughter ordered, dry, and hard. She wanted them, and tried to eat them, only got in one bite before pushing them away. My burger was cooler than room temp, fries looked like they had been sitting for awhile. I refused to have them remake because I didn’t want them to “retaliate”. We will miss you Red Robin.
Server was horrible no personality! Had to ask several times for the waters that we asked for when seated no refills even offered. The place was mostly empty so it couldn’t have been that. He simply didn’t listen to what was said. $75 for burgers and two drinks that tasted like it came from McDonald’s is ridiculous! I wouldn’t advise going here for sure. Took 20 minutes to get the bill. I will not go to a Red Robin anywhere! Very very upset
Times are rough. Dinner for 2 for $40. They are short on staff and trying to do their best but eating out is getting very expensive and this just isn't worth the money. It feels like they are trying to prep food in advance, two choices of burger, medium or well, fries were cold because they were cooked well In advance. Feel bad for them.
I've always enjoyed going to RR; especially, when someone in the family got their free birthday burger. However, the last few times I've gone to this location, I haven't been impressed. I don't know if they have changed their hamburger meat/patties, but it looks thinner and not as juicy. The wait staff are working their tails off to keep up while being short-handed. The service was great (4-stars), but the overall experience (I go there for the food) was okay.
We were traveling with a group of 15 people on a Friday night, and this particular Red Robin worked with us so well! They let us put our name on the wait list about 40 minutes before our arrival time and had our table ready and waiting when we arrived. Our server Joseph was fast, efficient, patient, and very easy to work with!! It all couldn't have been more perfect, traveling with a large group and wanting a break from the car, enjoying a nice sit-down meal at a restaurant, and then continuing on our travels to our destination in KY. Thank you Red Robin in Mason Ohio!!
Barb is AMAZING! We parked curbside for a pickup. She was very courteous despite the fact that she was being verbally abused by an idiot who didn't like that Red Robin closed at 9m tonight. We couldn't believe our ears!!!! NO EXCUSE for such disrespect ?You're GREAT Barb!
We were told the wait was 40 minutes when we arrived and then another 15 minutes and then “we are sorry we have limiTed staff” but not able to seat you However several large groups who called in ahead were seated. We have been here 1 1/2 hours now. Poor business practice when you don’t seat small group (2-4) customers who have been sitting in the waiting area and let all the larger groups be seated. My drink was high light! Place had limited staff & those working were working very hard. The times we live in. Food was average at best. Bathrooms were dirty & no toilet paper. Get them more help! Good luckRR!
Terrible place to spend your money. Once upon a time Red Robin was fun and enjoyable, now it is just horrible.Slow. Dank. Marginal food. Grimy. Wait forever to get a seat at and empty restaurant. Stupid computer system that doesn't even work.Go elsewhere for sure.
