Cold food wrong food can you guys not read an order. Thanks for Nothing. If I was you keep driving the employees at this location are horrible and can not do there job. So if you wanna waste your money and not get your order correctly. Stop on in. To bad I can't give it zero stars. Next stop the BBB and the health department. Thanks better get that place cleaned up.
Fries was cold, the rice was not properly cooked all the way for the red beans. Biscuit was over cooked and hard, the overall experience was not good.
Really disappointed in the chicken fingers served in the box meal. They were very very small, dried out, no crusty coating and not at all appetizing. I wasn't given the dipping sauce I asked for either. The beans and rice were awful as well. Cole slaw was the only good item. I will not be returning. We went thru the drive thru and had to ask for the sandwich we had paid for. They "forgot" to give it to us. Horrible service, unacceptable food.
Yet another restaurant that is using covid as a guise to not hire enough people so they only do drive through and they cannot even offer proper service. Quit being cheap and hire people.
The absolute slowest drive-thru in the city. I stopped coming here for that reason but I just pulled in because there was NOBODY ELSE in the drive thru and I was STILL THERE FOR 20 MINITES WAITING on just 2 sandwiches. This place is a joke.
Stopped for lunch on Wednesday. The popcorn shrimp had 2 piece of shrimp with the rest being rock hard pea size batter crumbs! The chicken in their famous sandwich wasn’t cooked either and had to be thrown away. Closed lobby so unable to complain or get a refund.
The food is usually really good, but was in a bit disappointing to this time. They were short on help and we did not get what we thought we were ordering. We appreciate the people that were there working. We believe this trip to Popeye's was just a fluke.

Waited after we ordered for 15 min. Got cold food and no silverware. Spent $33 for cold food and no way to eat it.
Spicy chicken strips were dry like beef jerkey . Breading was so hard you could not bite through it. They had to be sitting out for hours under a heat lamp. Wait was 35 minutes from the time pulled up to drive through to time when got food, but I'm not holding the slow service against them as most places are short staffed but there's no reason to serve hours old food. If it's old tell the customer it's out and not sell them old food. Only reason for 2 stars was the biscuits we're good.
