I’ve been going here as a tasty, consistent lunch option when I’m working home for the summers. We recently went, and it seems as if the quality of the ingredients or food in general has gone down in the past year or so. I got the diavolo pasta, and it was incredibly sour. I’ll be looking at other options in the meantime.
Sometimes the customer service is horrible from a couple of the workers. It's a male worker preparing the food most times when I go and he has no personality whatsoever! Another thing that erks my nerve is folks leaning over the glass and talking and pointing over the food! Like seriously and none of the workers ask them to please step back. I used to visit this location quite frequently but now I go to the Norwood location where I'm guaranteed service with a smile!!!
Great consistent food. The hand rolled piadas is delicious. Also, this place is great for kids as they can make smaller portions of pastas.
This was my first time with a friend who know good local food. It Was a great experience. Wish we would've know about their bread options. Didn't find out about the bread till we we're done. My friend and I got the Power Bowl and they were so delicious. We definitely will be going back there.
This review is as a 3rd party delivery driver. I've picked up smaller orders from here a few times now with no problems. However, I picked up a large order from here for a fairly large business in the Mason area yesterday and I'm pretty sure my tip was stolen by this business as I only received a base pay of $2.25 for delivering 89 food items to this business. If you're a delivery driver and get an order from here for delivery, be mindful of this if it's a large order. If you are a customer and placing an order through the website for delivery, and are considerate of the driver receiving a tip, be cautious of placing your tip on the order instead of providing cash. I will no longer be taking orders to deliver from this establishment.
This company uses DD for their delivery service when you order through their site. The site offers a DRIVER TIP though the employees take the tip and don't add it back when using DD. Worst idea if you want people to deliver your orders. 89 item order I accepted only for them to take my tip! Never delivering for you again!
I've promoted what I am about to say countless times to whomever will listen.... BYE CHIPOTLE!!! Piada is just on another level, ok. They are consistent ans set themselves apart just like Currito, Chick-fil-A, Five Guys, Panera, etc. The quality and freshness of the food is unmatched. The prices do not hinder me from getting adequate and sufficient meals from these places. If you're scared, go to McNasties or Burger Prince. Hell...if piada campaigned more, I'm certain more places would be lost in the sauce (and not in a good way). Today, I grabbed me some lunch on the way in to work. The Chef's Special Wrap + a Grilled Salmon Power Bowl. Mm!! Yes lawd!! Won't he do it!? Lol. It was so delicious. One of a kind wraps. Thin and light and flavorful. The staff have always been tip top. And that's for both the Kenwood and Mason locations in Cincinnati, OH. I am very pleased!
Pretty good cheap family night out option. We've been here many times and never had a complaint - food tastes good, prices are in line with what you'd expect but quality is better than most in that range. Never had any issues with orders, cleanliness has never been a problem. Definitely recommend for a cheap night out.
I would suggest not throwing the core of the romaine in your wrap!
It was alright. Not bad but not great. Serving size could be a bit bigger but to be fair, I did get the small size portion. The red sauce is very good. They selection of toppings (even though I didn't get any) was nice and looked fresh.
