Went in for lunch. Saw 2 people working. Overall this location looks grungy. Clutter everywhere, ceiling tiles dirty, bathrooms grimy. Wife ordered Thai Chicken Soup with barely any chicken. My Turkey Advocado BLT wasn't too bad. Got a bagel that ended up burnt after being toasted. Pick another location. Price for what you get isn't worth it.
If you're pulling in to get a quick cup of coffee on the run. GOOD LUCK ! Typical Panera they never have coffee available. I have been waiting for 10 min. for a cup of coffee This is unacceptable.
This location isn’t too bad. A lot of menu items tend to be out of stock a lot. The staff is friendly most of the time and the quality of the food is good.
Terrible location. Tried to order multiple items from the menu at lunch and they were out of everything. Ended up just getting a drink which took forever to get and ended up being incorrect. My daughter was nearly done with her salad before I sat down with my drink. The restaurant was freezing inside and there was food all over the floor. I heard multiple people complaining about their orders while in the restaurant. I will not be visiting this location again!
If I could give a negative review I would. They got our whole order wrong. They didn’t want to fix it. They tried to charge us over 65$ for just 4 people I know they are a little expensive but it shouldn’t be that much. So if I was you I would go somewhere else cause they all was rude and didn’t want to fix anything and I would advise not to get the tomato soup it straight tasted like hot sauce
Not bad, but not the best experience I've had. They were out of majority of the menu items and service was a bit slower than expected. Maybe next time Panera!
Slowest Panera I’ve ever been to, waited 15 min in line and ended up having to leave. Manager never came up to help the very tired, slow moving cashier who was also handling cash straight to handlingbagels.
An hour and forty minutes before close they were out of broccoli and squash soup. I understand being out of most bakery items that late in the day, but soup? Again?
Courteous and fast service. Food was delicious. Bacon Turkey Bravo is the best!
This store is badly understaffed. Raise your wages to $20/hr and I'm sure you can fill your vacancies.Pay employees properly so that it doesn't take an hour to make 2 sandwiches.Our order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes and we when we showed up to pick it up they told us we had to wait another 30 minutes.
