Probably the most disorganized least customer friendly Panera in the Cincinnati area. The have these Kiosk you have order from. You try and order a sandwich and it takes you to several other items you do not want. The staff shouldn't be working with people. Do not want to help at all. They will not take orders over the phone. By the time you place your order on there website you could of drove there and back. I wanted to order a sandwich. After I place an order for a sandwich the site took me to drinks. I was planning on taking it home I did not wat a drink. Very unfriendly web site. I wonder if Panera will stay in business if this place is the model on how they will interact with their customers. This one is closest to me. I think if I want Panera I will bypass this place and drive another 20 miles instead of going here.

I tried to dine in. Second time I’ve entered and have to yell “Is anyone here?” To get an employee to show up. The self order kiosk was glitching. Another customer came in and walked to the food pick up window to ask for assistance at the front counter. They never came. I went to the window to ask if my order came through because the kiosk wasn’t working. She said I don’t have any orders! With a look like I was bothering her. We left. Will never return.
No staff at front of restaurant, just a sign saying to order at kiosk, due to short staffing. All kiosks not working. Many employees passed, watching all the patrons struggling, and just avoided us. Wish someone would’ve just helped us or gave us some type of feedback, rather than us all spending so much time trying to order dinner on multiple devices.
So delicious! Especially their Mac n' cheese! One time we went though, we waited almost 30 minutes for a take-out meal! When we went in to get it and see why they hadn't taken it out to us, it was just sitting there! Getting cold! 3.6 is all it deserves.
Never had problems until recently. Take out orders missing side item, drink missing topping. Now I have to check before I leave with food.
The food is normally pretty good but the Grilled Cheese was not edible. I do not care for the kiosk. I miss human interaction.
Horrible service at the Kings Mills Panera. They let us order dine in. Then when we paid, they told us that “dine in” closed 4 minutes ago. Went to refund our credit card and they weren’t going to credit the “dine in” charge. Are you kidding me? The manager had the worst customer service. I’m sorry he had a bad day (like every one else in the world right now) but don’t take it out on the customer. I’m not sure how this location is still open. Save your money and go elsewhere.
This place is horrible! First of all it is filthy. You can smell the dirty restrooms when you walk in. We never even saw a staff member until our "food" was done. Had to place our own order. The soup was cold and tasted like saltwater. The flat bread pizzas barely had cheese and no sauce. This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. Staff were very rude as well. They acted like you were bothering them if you asked them a question. Won't be back here.
Ok... so real quick, I love me some Panera HOWEVER I absolutely did not, did not, did not enjoy the white cheddar steak sandwich. It's 100% my fault. I wanted to try something new (I generally love everything). But I also did not pay attention to what came between those ciabatta buns... HORSERADISH SAUCE!! Um... Eww!! Not for me. *whew* ok, now... as for my go-to (which has NEVER failed me in my 32yrs. I like to give a hoo-raah to my Bacon Turkey Bravo. Yes Lawd!! Plus I asked if they could throw a few slices of avocado in the assembly of that good ole' sammich. (Yes, I said SAMMICH. Gotta put some "stank" on it. Carrying on... y'all, the liquid gold (not cheese) but AGAVE LEMONADE!!! *Heavenly Father I...take...this...moment* YES!! I love the freshness of everything at Panera. It's like tasting the sun & licking the wind (in a delicious way). Mmmm... and don't underestimate the pickle spear. Not soft and soggy but having the right crunch is everything. Yeah, they did that.
