For the last 4-5 times I've been there they hardly have any chicken dishes after 7:00 PM even though they close at 9:00PM. should have taken the cue after first few times.Last time I went there the person behind counter greeted me fine took my order and then walked back to start filling the mobile orders ignoring me completely as if I was not there. after few mins I tried getting another persons attention and she yelled at me to wait. she did scare away the rest of us in queue who walked out promptly.not going here again, for the food or for the treatment.
I've always enjoyed this place but at this location was the worst experience. I placed my order online And they told me they were out of rice and they were sorry they decided to not give Me anything to even substitute it... was told they don't do refunds... Acted like I made some big deal about it and when I asked for a manager she told me sorry they were close to closing and just didn't feel like making anymore rice for the night.... Cooked me some rice that was TERRIBLE and not cooked either. I was so disappointed
I am currently obsessed with Panda Express! This is the closest location to me and it's about 20 minutes or so and I have zero issue with that. They stay busy right up until closing and the staff is always so calm and cool. Food is always fresh!
Order an hour and a half before pick-up, only to arrive and find that my order isn't ready. Get ignored by staff, multiple times. Then, having finally been acknowledged after standing at the pick-up register for five minutes, they fulfill the online order of someone who came in AFTER they'd confirmed that I was there for an online order.
If you order delivery from this location, I recommend using UberEats, as this app has the full menu available, while Grubhub seems to be missing some items, and DoorDash is missing the majority of items for whatever reason.
This place was busy when I got there, it seemed to move pretty fast though. I had never been here before, so as a beginner we take more time, but the staff was very patient and helpful. My food was fresh and very good, when had just gotten there right after the lunch rush the place was a little disorganized but again after the lunch rush. We really enjoyed the food and service, thank you.
This location has gone down hill in the last month with the new staff. The food quality has gone down. It's not very fresh anymore. Order chicken teriyaki two weeks ago and the girl didn't cut it up just gave me big chunks. Was in yesterday and it took 30 minutes to get food. Kid was very confused and just standing with his back to the customers. Staff isn't as friendly.
New manager and new staff have zero idea what they are doing. Waited 15 minutes for a huge 70$ uber order for the boy to quit making the order in the middle to go to lunch and no one else finishing it. Had to drop the order. Manager talks to the staff at length while customers stand wating. No care about food quality at all or customer service. Don't go here.
When it's fresh it's great, but the restaurant is usually dirty, especially the drink station.
Brand new employees and it showed. At least the food quality didn't suffer. Seating is limited due to tables being blocked. Plan on being in line due to competition with food deliveries
