Highly disappointed that I even have to leave this review because this was honestly my go to, but no longer at this location. I wouldn’t recommend getting the Buffalo Mac & cheese bowl to go. Seems about each time I get little sauce. Tried contacting the store to see about getting a credit, and got hung up on, and waited to call again and instantly got hung up as if the staff were purposely trying to ignore me. I was very calm and collective, so I don’t know why I received that kind of service. Just lost a daily customer at this location.
Would not recommend this place. Got take out. Order was messed up. The food we ordered was cold and cheese was not even melted. Very embarrassed for this place.
First time trying this restaurant out,only went cause I had teeth pull an can only eat soft foods,so I went in a orderd the BBQ Mac n Cheese. Service was excellent, BUT THE FOOD on the other hand wasn't what I expected!!! Noodles look like kraft noodles I use to eat as a kid out of the Blue Mac an cheese box,noodles was DRY,had NO TYPE OF CHEESE ON THEM,look like it was spray painted cheese orange,the meat was good I guess,my dog ate the meat but not the noodles,very disappointed,will not be visiting ANY Noodle Company location. Would not recommend this restaurant to anybody don't waste your money like I did,go to Chipotle!!!
I saw this place years ago and tried it but don't remember anything about my visit. Sooooo... as I was grabbing some Piada yesterday for lunch, I saw a Noodles & Company across the street. Mental note: "lunch tomorrow." And thus it is now upon the morrow and I shall have it!! I park the car, BOOM! Walk in, BOOM! I slow motion walk to the register in dramatic fashion like how this review is written, BOOM! Customer service is immediately ON POINT!! I explain (for all intents and purposes) that this is my "first time here and I likey me some spicy." I end up getting the spicy Korean beef (steak) with lo mein noodles. Omg, and added chicken and shrimp! LISTEN.... I was beyond pleased at the accommodation. My guy taking my order goes, "which size would you like, we have small and regular." I give him the 'cmon, look at me' face with the ever-so slight head tilt. We both started laughing because he was definitely picking up what I was putting down (see pictures). What i was impressed with was that i got to choose my level of heat from 0-10. I chose 8. I also got an order of 3 potstickers. You can also get an order of 6. They contain both chicken/pork. I grab a bottle each of their teas, which that brand is mediocre at best (mental note: never again). But the food...YO!!!! I was extremely satisfied. I damn near want to call RIGHT NOW and repeat the order for delivery. It was amazing. Definitely glad I went with this place for lunch. I will be returning, no question about it. Its places like these, that are clean and have staff with great interpersonal skills and fresh delicious foods, that make the entire experience well worth while. Try this out for sure guys!! OOHHH, and they honor police/military with a discount as well.
First time I went and wasn’t a fan at all! Our noodles were cold and dry! Hardly any meat literally two little pieces in my noodle bowl and they forgot one of my sides! Called and complained was given a credit which was nice on management but went to return today said they was open online but then got there and doors was still locked! Only good thing was very nice staff and very clean lobby also very quiet in the restaurant!
this restaurant honestly slaps. i’ve never gotten a meal there that i didn’t absolutely crush. the staff is beyond kind. i must say this restaurant is in my top 5 favorites.
I have always wanted to try Noodles & Company and finally got my chance today. Or so I thought. My son and I stopped in for lunch, looked over the big menu sign on the wall, made our selection and stepped up to the counter to order. The young woman on the other side of the counter informed us that even though she was standing at the counter, she could not take our order because they were only accepting orders placed online. What? There were other customers sitting at tables eating food that they ordered online? Come on! I don’t have your app, I don’t want to spend ten minutes downloading it and placing an order when I am standing at the counter of your restaurant. Needless to say, we left and had a nice lunch with great service at the Frish’s Big Boy down the street.
thought the food was great, but the service was awful, the dude running the register was short and rude, seemed like he was having a bad day or something
Not open because of lack of staff… well then treat people better and pay them more and be a good employer because this is how you lose business by being closed
I guess mom and dad left the high school kids home to run the store. At one point there were 3-4 kids standing behind the cash register. I guess trying to figure out how it works. They were sooooo loud in the back. Hooten and hollering. I guess it didn't matter that there was a customer eating in the lobby. There were barely any drinks in the fountain machine. Very unprofessional.
