Entirely average ice cream for high prices. A $10 minimum for credit cards is just a nuisance for the customer. The ceiling was dripping over the ice cream/toppings while we were there too.
Their boba (boba pearl) pops and burst with fruity syrup and it’s the best! So much toppings to chose from for rolled ice creams. The employees are all so nice and accommodating. Totally recommend this place to anyone
If you don’t carry cash they don’t want your business unless your spending more than $10 for the credit card fees.
I came to pick up my order, they have flaws to the coaster, they didn’t even think that the drinks might spill out, what kind of service is this?Restaurant management please buy more coasters

We went here in search of boba tea and got so much more. I had the bingsu, Sunset in Thai. It was great. I shared it with my son... being that you get a lot for your money. I would suggest ordering double the toppings because we ended up eating most of the toppings before finishing the dessert. My son had the Mint Oreo boba with lychee jelly and the Java rolled ice cream.
MILK JAR EMPLOYEES DON’T GET TO KEEP ANY OF THEIR CREDIT TIPS.I’ve been an avid customer at Milk Jar for two years and I just found out when they approved credit transactions that none of the credit tips I left for the employees were ever given to them and were all solely taken by the owner. I also found out that if customers are fully aware of this and from then tip cash only then the owner will resort to taking a percentage of the cash tips from the employees. I am so disappointed that the owner would take advantage of these hardworking employees in such a shady way especially when he’s understaffed and losing employees.
I went there for the first time last week and was greeted by two lovely ladies! They were awesome and were very patient☺️. I ordered the Dirty Milk drink! Highly recommend!
I got the Matcha strawberry latte with strawberry boba it was delicious! Very large variety of ice cream and tea, also lots of toppings.
