This place was the only restaurant open in that area at 10:01. At 9:55 Wendy's next door refused to serve anyone else. There were two older ladies working there and they were busting their butts. Finally! a place that's trying to allow people to get back to normal life after the Pandemic and not sticking to their closing early tactics. I would have given 5 stars but the fries were cold. Lol
Sat in line 20 minutes to place my order. Took 8 minutes to get to pay only 4 to pick up window. Only to be told to move forward and wait. Mind u all I got was a cheeseburger and cookies. Cookies looked burnt. 2nd time I've been unhappy with food at thus location.
Was in the area and decided to stop for breakfast. Got barked at in the drive thru by the woman taking orders because she couldn’t hear me even though I was shouting my order. Got to the pick up window and it took almost 10 minutes to get two sandwiches and some hash browns. The dude at the window didn’t say anything the whole time, not a “thank you” “have a good day,” nothing at all. Had to ask if that was everything in the bag and he didn’t respond. Terrible customer service. I’ll stick to the Liberty Township McDonald’s from now on. They’re way better in all aspects and won’t make you sit there for 10 minutes for a couple of basic breakfast sandwiches. ??♀️
I can't really rate this place correctly. When the person took My order she kept her back to me. I don't think she wanted to interrupt her phone. She must have been setting up something important. She didn't seem to think her job was important. After we got our food. We stopped and ate it. At least if Goodyear needs more hard rubber they could go there and get some reheated fish. They were quite cheerful
Order was accurate and the food fresh and hot. This place is getting better.
So today I went here and ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget’s, a bag of apples and a large drink. So when I was waiting for my order I asked the lady at the window if they had the caramel sauce for the apples and the lady was tea nice but the ‘MANAGER’ was so rude and told the lady that she was going to charge me for the caramel and I told her that if it was a problem then I don’t want it and she yelled at me and said I got it for you. So rude I will not be going back to this location.
I waited 20 minutes for the drive through that just wasn't that busy. I only ordered coffee and a sandwich and they gave me the wrong one of each. ?
Horrible slow service. They will not service the people inside until they deal with drive thru. No one at the front register. Damn near have to walk in the back and announce yourself to get service. Also never gave me a receipt. God forbid my order is messed up and I come back with no receipt and they give me a hard time for not having the receipt they never gave me. If you are in a rush and looking for "fast" food avoid. Go stand in line at chipotle you will be serviced faster.
