Got in line at 10:36. Got to the speaker at 11 o’clock and they told me they wouldn’t take my order. So because they couldn’t get five customer through the line for 15 minutes, i wasted gas and time. Horrible location.

placed online order waited at speaker almost 10 minutes, but 15 wait to get to the speaker. Manager was awful I am the only one here, and the new girl knew nothing. No curbside or carryout open. Being short staffed when I am sure there are other managers to call in. Short staff not the a care of the customer. I have gone to this store since I was very young but today is my last.

This was a bit ridiculous. I walked here from the campground because I forgot to bring coffee. I walked into the dining area up to the counter. It was 6:15. The lady came and said "I'm sorry, but the dining room is not open yet. You'll have to use the drive through." I explained that I was on foot. Asked if I could just order and take it outside. She walked away and I thought she was asking the manager. Next thing I know, three of their male workers (one quite large) came out front and rushed me out.They must've thought I was a Karen..."Why is the door unlocked?" I asked as I was walking out. One said, they didn't know it was (nice security)Now, don't I look silly standing in line with cars? I still need my coffee, but I will be going to Speedway tomorrow.Also, the caramel iced coffee my wife got yesterday was terrible. I don't usually give 1 star reviews for one bad experience, but two days in a row? They either need new management, or the current management is not following the McDonald's business plan.

We spent 22 min. in drive thru from start to finish. The food was okay not hot like it was suppose to be. It was ridiculous on how long it took and it wasn't wrapped around. I give Kudos to the new guy at pay window who was doing his part right and it being his 3 day there. Front window was not parking any cars whose food was not ready. 22 min.

Party of 8 to go orders Cashier was rude did not want to give jelly or syrups for breakfast meals missing numerous items then was mean about correcting missing food. Only gave two more jelly packets said we already had some in the bag. It was only 2 we had 5/6 breakfast sandwiches and 4/5 big breakfasts 6 orange juices & 2 coffee 1 cappuccino that they did not give.

Worst McDonald's i have ever been to. Cashier was a kid that didnt know how to even ring up a water, then had an attitude because she had to get a manager to fix the 17 slushies she rang up instead of the 1 water i ordered. Place was NASTY. Trash and spilled drinks all over the counter. If it wouldn't have taken an additional 20 mins to get my $2 back.. i would have just requested my money back and left. Will NEVER go to that McDonald's again. Someone needs to get the staff, managers, and maintenance fixed cause honestly the place should be shut down.

The inside is nice and well up to date, however the staff all seemed very flustered with the Kings Island rush and couldn’t get orders correct or out in a timely manner. The kiosk inside was screwed up because my friend had ordered his food and paid on it, no receipt came out, and his order never came out either. My sister and I had ate our entire meal and his never came. When he addressed the issue, the lady said how they never received the order and was almost wanting him to pay for it again, but then changed her mind and just had gave him the meal due to the confusion. Don’t order from the kiosk!!! Just order from the person. Other than that, food tasted fine and service was good.

The food came quick and the kiosk allowed for using my mcdonalds app and get deals for that day easily. The tables and chairs are cleaned by a very nice older gentleman. The bathrooms were quite clean and the food was fresh for a mcdonalds.

Got scammed. Paid for 3 DELUXE crispy chicken sandwiches, received 3 REGULAR ones. In the kids happy meal, paid for 2x French fries, received a regular portion (basically got scammed out one side item).

This establishment is in dire need of help. Although this has been my usual stop, for quite some time, over the last month, the service and timely inconvenience shown to the customer is a total disregard for customer service stands for. The idea that this establishment is still operating to the public is shocking. Take my advice, drive to the next McDonald’s down the street. This one is severely deplorable.
