I walked out of IHOP and thought why not try something new.Great experience from the second I walked in the door. This restaurant was spotless, smiling Happy to be here employees. For the first time ever being here, I asked the young lady taking my order what she liked. The Ham & Cheese melt and the Chipotle Chicken Spud were AMAZING!!!This is by far the BEST Sweet tea I have ever tasted. For being a person who doesn’t try New things, I’m sorry I did not try this sooner.Thank you McAlisters for Having such a Great restaurant with such Great Employees and Food. Before I leave, I will make sure to download the app and I will admit, I have plenty of leftovers.
They completely brought me the wrong sandwich, still ate it because I was hungry, no one came to check on me while I was there to ask if things were okay, the spoon they gave me was dirty, had something caked on it and I was able to use my finger to scrape some of it off, had to use a fork to eat my soup.

Me and my friends came in for dinner on Friday night and we met this gentlemen working that night. He offered to help us multiple times, perfect service and very bubbly energy. Shout out to Caden for making our experience awesome. We really needed someone that kind to help us out:)
The quality of food isn't what it used to be and the prices have gone up!!! If I could post a picture of what my meal looks like I would!! I will no longer purchase food from McAlister's in Mason!! And don't trust the managers because they tell a lot of lies!! I spoke to one who pretended not to know anything about the item I purchased but later in the conversation she described what should have been on the item and claimed she didn't know anything because she had just gotten there but also mentioned that the item was modified which is what I was told when I bought the item that was nothing like it should have been!! It was even called something else!! I see honesty isn't their policy!! I didn't even want my money back!! I will no longer support that business!!
I feel over the last few years the quality has gone down, but the prices have gone up. We recently went and remembered why it has been so long since we'd been. They no longer offer some favorites, but we did enjoy what we got.
Good service and great food. We were actually at the one at 722 Cox Ln. Good atmosphere and would gladly go back when in tghe area.

Mobile app was unable to accept order. Had to order in person. Requested one sandwich with no honey mustard, was noted on the receipt however sandwich had honey mustard. Order was ready and waiting to be bagged, employee who was bagging orders decided that sharing photos on his phone with coworkers was more important than bagging a to go order.
