Tried to order online. Order was sent and paid. Then received an email that it was canceled, no reason given. Money was returned. Then called and was able to order. The owner answered and said they have been having some trouble with online ordering lately. Ordered at 5:05. The restaurant was almost empty when we got there. Staff was friendly enough. Could not find my order though. That's because it was sitting on an IPOS. Was not sent to kitchen. Finally got the food @6:30. Gave me a 10% (@3$??) So as far as the food goes, was only disappointed with the brisket burnt ends appetizer. Which I was looking forward to most. The portion was very very small. It was not crispy at all. Definitely not "burnt". Looked like dog food and tasted like sweet baby rays origional. Really liked the green beans. The spicy slaw and baked beans were good. The wings we very large and good. Not good enough to weigh out the bad unfortunately.

We had a group of us and they did a wonderful job. Our waitress was friendly and patient with us, we had young kids in our group. The food was delicious. Would recommend as a great option for dinner.

Always pass this place but never tried it until about a week ago or so. The Saratoga Natchos with pulled pork were really good. The food in general was really good. Hands down the fries are the best fries I've ever tried. The waitress serving us was really nice and knew her stuff. Super fast service.

Ordered a meal for the family on DoorDash and was sorely disappointed. The bag arrived covered in sauce and all the food was cold. Every item was disgusting. Mac and cheeses tasted like the meat came from a can. Cheese was hard and tasted terrible, and the coleslaw was so nasty I couldn’t stomach more than one bite. Absolutely horrific meal, would recommend avoiding this place. Way overpriced for the garbage we received.

Absolutely amazing. Came out with out here with a group of 8 and everyone loved it. I got the peanut butter bacon burger, which I expected to be good, but it was way better then I ever would have expected. Service was awesome and our waiter was making the table laugh throughout the meal. No complaints!

Great service even though they were short staffed. Their wings are the big ones, and they were delicious! They smoke them with their own rub and frankly, they didn't need any sauce. They were delicious on their own. They have a wide selection of other choices and everything we got was good. Definitely will be returning!

Went on a Saturday night around 6:30pm.Bar was filled. There were empty tables available but we're not serving those due to low staffing.Time to wait for a table: 40 minutes (when we were told 25 minutes when we put our name in)Time to get an appetizer: 37 minutesTime to get food after appetizer: 23 minutesNumber of tables: 7 in one section and 9 in the other section. Each with 2-6 people at.Number of servers: 5-6It was cold inside. There was a draft.Had a sign that said they were hiring servers, bar tenders and hosts.Food: 4 stars- Great pretzel bites. Soft inside, just enough crunch outside, with gewy cheese.- Great burger. Juicy. Good bun.- Great chicken fingers- average french friesService: 2 stars- our server checked on in us at most once if at all over the course of the hour after taking our order. Did not bring out our appetizer or main food. We'd go back for the food. May try takeout.

Great smoked meats, tasty macaroni and cheese creations, nice selection of craft brews on rotation, nice staff, and excellent catering. Some dog- friendly outdoor seating available. Definitely a few notches above the standard pub fare. The atmosphere is very casual. Family friendly.

Food was ok. The sandwich I had was the burnt end sandwich. I expected it to have more of a smoke taste but the meat was small cubes but not that great in taste. The fries were good and the service was ok. I might try something else another time and give them another chance.

My husband & I come here at least once every 3-4 months. We love LDG, the food, wings, & Turkey club! We normally have amazing service. I was a server myself once so I understand the stress. However, we went recently during lunch time on Jan 6th. Only 2 or 3 other people (at the bar) in the whole restaurant and one server. She was the rudest server we have ever had at LDG or any restaurant. First when I told her what cheese I wanted on my sandwich she told me it wouldn’t stick on the sandwich because it’s shredded, but I order it that way everytime I go, when I told her this she said “oh ok”. We asked for extra extra chili on our fries, normally it’s loaded with chili. Hardly any chili on the fries, when I asked for another cup, she rudely replied “ there’s already two cups on it” which we said okay we still want more. We are fully aware we’ll have to pay extra for it. Then we found a hair in the chili fries, when we told her this she said “Oh that’s funny because none of the cooks have hair. Then she said “not that you guys are lying but it must have been in the package beforehand.” She then took it back and I could hear them in the kitchen complaining about us. She did take the chili fries off the bill, so that was appreciated. She didn’t ask till we were done eating if we wanted refills or needed anything, she was too busy worrying about the two men at the bar.LDG is one our favorite places for the service and food, and this was for my husband birthday so a special occasion and we were just so turned off by the fact that she had a comment to make for everything we asked for and her bad/smart mouth attitude. We were treated badly as customers & are very much debating if we’ll ever go back.I never leave bad reviews because I understand how stressful being a server is, and like I said we love LDG food and service but this really turned us away. I didn’t ask for a manager and maybe I should have but I think I was in such shock at how rude she was. So my suggestion don’t go during lunchtime unless you’re a man and you plan on sitting at the bar.
